I was really impressed with the level of customer service and how helpful the assistant was. She went out of her way to answer my questions about the DofE and photocopied me some information.
I will definitely be coming back and buying the equipment needed from here.

Great shoe purchase
Bought two pairs of approach shoes in the sale.
Anders was very helpful, taking the time to find the pair to the end of line shoe I wanted in their stockroom.
Exactly how shopping should be.

Excellent customer service from Ggan
Excellent customer service from Ggan. Found shoes to try on & promptly went back for larger sizes which ultimately identified the right pair for me. In the meantime had suggested an alternative shoe which might accommodate my broad feet better. When it came to paying he drew my attention to the store discount card which for the cost of £5 gave me a £45 discount off the shoes. All this was dealt without any delay.

I was looking specifically for a padded coat for a trip to Iceland. The staff and in particular Ethan were helpful and to be candid patient. I had a series of questions that needed to be answered before I purchased my coat. Ethan’s knowledge was spot on.
