Well stocked store, helpful staff
The staff were really friendly and helpful even though rhe shop was so busy.
It's great having Go Outdoors in Macclesfield, as we are local to the countryside it is useful to get your gear without having to travel/go online.

Fantastic service
We went in to buy my son a pair of hiking boots. The assistant, Anders, was incredibly helpful and kind to my son and even gave him a few tips on how to lace them correctly. Brilliant service

I've had the best experience shopping…
I've had the best experience shopping at the Macclesfield branch but sadly this store is set to close in January.
As a family it's an in-joke about 'do we need anything from Go Outdoors' as we're passing...
We always do!
I enjoyed the banter with staff and they know us personally from our repeat custom.
Newcomer Harley is especially helpful and diligent, always smiling and easy to converse with. Hoping everyone finds a new job and work family as nice as this one.

Service was very good, demos were given of the item me and my child were interesting in.

Lovely store. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. I had a very good experience sourcing reliable, affordable walking boots today. Anders knew his stuff and was also very knowledgable about reliable repair services. There was no pressure to purchase. Always a good range of products for both the casual trip or the more serious, technical outdoor adventure.
