GO Outdoors - Huddersfield Omdömen

Popped in to the Huddersfield shop recently I knew what I needed so didn’t need any help
As such on this visit. The whole place was well stocked the staff available if needed and I was served by Maggie who was very pleasant and chatty.

Kimberley was great - guided me through the walking sandals and alternatives and helped me get the right pair for me. Thanks!!

I had a couple of questions regarding the products I was buying today and Kiera at the Huddersfield store was super helpful.

I called in the morning to see if the inflated mattress were in store. The cashier ran around to see whilst she placed me on old, with some lovely hold music.

She came back onto the phone to say they had them In stock, x display and she would provide extra discount. So I reserved three.

I came in the late afternoon, and Keira helped to locate the three mattresses. I changed 1 of them for a double. Keira once again ran around to find what was available and she was so helpful.

So I bought two single berghause, and 1 double.

Fantastic service from such friendly and amazing staff, both whilst on the phone and in person.

Great service. Jacob was really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable

Stock & staff especially Abigail.

We were served in the Huddersfield store by Zahra,She was very helpful and patient. After trying on about 10 different pairs of trainers, which she had to keep going into the back for, her smile never faltered, overall a very pleasant experience

I went to the store to purchase some items for a college group following an email with the online sales team.

Nick and Maggie were great, they took their time to deal with a difficult order. 5* customer service

Went into Huddersfield Go Outdoors today looking for a new pair of walking boots. Was attended to by Kimberley and Mia.

I was made to feel like a valued customer by both members of staff, and Kimberly in particular spent a long time ensuring I had the correct shoe and fit, and also advised on insoles.

Great experience in store. Stuart and Jacob were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of a gas bbq. They demonstrated which type of gas and which regulator we needed. Thank you guys. Rebecca on the till was lovely too.

They have great customer service and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Zenab was very helpful while I was choosing walking boots. Good and friendly service

Confused, store offers student discount, showed the check out my student Unicard membership and still nothing on my receipt?
Did the checkout just not apply it?

Didn’t question in store, didn’t look at receipt properly until home.

Be nice to know for next time, disappointing though if it was an error at checkout cost me over £10 in discount 🙁

Good shop, good staff, knowledgable when we had a query,And closer to us than the thornhill store...

Great store. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything (and more) that I wanted was in stock. Maggie, on the till, was a big help at check out.

Good dealing with Go Outdoors, website easy to use, ordering easy and they kept me up to date with my order. what I bought I wasreally pleased with.

I was served by Kimberley, while trying to find a good pair of walking boots for my son.

She was very helpful, and we found the perfect boots for his shape and size of foot

I was served by Kimberley at the Huddersfield store at Leeds Road retail park. I was looking for a good pair of foot wear to do the 40 mile walk, from Keswick to Barrow, in the Lake District in Cumbria. After being very patient and informative, she managed to get me a pair of hocker style trainers. They did the job for me. They were very comfortable, and I managed to complete the walk in just over 10 hours.
Thank you Kimberley, you were great.
