GO Outdoors - Huddersfield Omdömen

I visited the store as I needed a new waterproof jacket, as I was looking Stuart came over to help, he asked me questions about what I would be using it for and what fit I would like, he was very patient and after short listing 3 he told me the pros for each and I purchased a OEX one which is perfect. Thanks again Stuart

The security devices in the coats are a bit of a nightmare when trying them on!

Joke was really helpful with my choice of trainers.

Abigail on the till was really chatty and friendly

Someone came quickly to see if I needed assistance ( very different to hanging around in another branch for 20 mins . Good advice and very patient. Served by an older lady and then Mia ( who knew her boot makes )

Awesome customer service and support from all 3 girls and Becca L.
We had a lot of trouble finding our go out doors card and she was super helpful

Thank you ☺️

Met a gent, Nick H, to seek a special piece of rainwear. He was extremely helpful and guided me to getting the right item, even though it was not stocked in their shops at that size. Outstanding service to give 100% customer support.

We met an amazing staff member named Zenab who my dad found very friendly and helpful we would love to return again and hope to see her

Kimberley was very helpful and patient. Must have tried on a dozen pairs of boots 😁

Bought some new Boots & socks North Ridge & waterproof! Fabulously light and paired with Peter Storm walking socks 👍👍👍
Great value and great Service from the Staff including Karen on the checkout

People in the shop, very friendly and helpful

Maggie at the check out was brilliant. Very professional and a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you

Went into Huddersfield go outdoors needing a decent pair of hiking boots with no knowledge about hiking whatsoever. Jacob was the most helpful employee I’ve ever met, he knows everything there is to know about hiking boots and answered every question I threw at him and made the time to help me come to the right decision. I’m a very indecisive person so the fact he helped me choose the right boot is a real achievement. Was really helpful and I will definitely be returning to go outdoors Huddersfield. Kyja was also great on the till.

Visited for walking shoes. Very nice experience
Maggie on footwear very helpful and found what I asked for in a timely manner (unlike Horbury store)
Paying for the shoes Karen gave me a new membership car because mine had broke. Very nice and polite and friendly

The store itself is very spacious and well stocked.

I purchased some walking boots to and was helped by Kimberley she showed me how to measure my foot using the insole and explained how much space I should have for my toes
I needed a size bigger to accommodate my thick socks and I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the way Kimberley helped me Thank You

Amazing help over a pricing issue from Abigail. Thank you

Nice and helpful ladys melody and abi who help

The online site was easy to use. My purchase came on time and is just the job.

Easy ordering, smooth collection and friendly, helpful staff

I had bought two folding chairs one of which was faulty. I didn’t have the receipt and was advised by Go Outdoors Customer Services to return it in store. I’d like to thank Maggie in the Huddersfield store for her help and excellent customer service.

Great 👍 Jake was great

I visited the Huddersfield branch to purchase a rock sack and prior to this I had to telephone the store to see if they had this particular rucksack in stock as I couldn’t find it in any of the other branches. I spoke to the assistant called Holly and she was extremely polite and helpful. She said that she would put it on one side for me so that I could collect it the following day which I did when I arrived at the store I met Holly who was a very pleasant young lady and again very helpful. I was especially pleased with my purchase because it was for a birthday gift.
