Alex was really helpful as soon as I walked into the store. He showed me where the items were that I needed, helped me decide between options and then helped me get items down from a high up shelf

The 2 members of staff that helped me today, Jake and Nicola, were so helpful and friendly. It wasn't false, they just seemed to love their jobs and helping people.
