A really lovely gentleman named jo was so helpful.
He had a lot of knowledge about the item we wanted to buy.
He went out of his way to help me find an additional coat which led to a sale.

Choosing a pair of shoes was enjoyable.
I was undecided about what choice of walking shoes to buy especially as there was a huge difference in my choices. Ruby who served us was infinitely patient and very knowledgeable about the differences between the choices and benefits based on her own experiences. Luckily the store was not busy and it was one of the most enjoyable retail experiences that my wife and I had had for years.

Larry was very helpful!
I visited the Exeter store in search of walking boots. I received help and advice from Larry. He was very patient while I tried on a number of pairs, and helped explain the different products and features. The only reason I didn't complete a purchase is that the pair that I liked had a mark on them, and as there wasn't another pair, I didn't want to spend £200 on a pair of boots which were damaged. Despite this, I wanted to give a review to reflect the great customer service that Larry provided. Thank you.

Brilliant service from Sofiia
We were looking for items for our daughter’s Ten Tors overnight camp, and Sofiia was absolutely brilliant at helping us find what we needed. She made suggestions and explained what was/was not suitable and also the reasons why. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, making things a lot easier for us!

Lewis was great today
Lewis was great today! He really took the time to listen to my needs and recommend boots that fitted them. Even getting a pair of boots that were not out on display as the boot wasn’t on the spot, because he understood, I feel the recommendations made were spot on! He really helped me when I was getting confused with the many options available. Thank you Lewis! I’m looking forward to using my new boots whilst I train for a 100km in May! Great customer service!

Excellent Exeter store experience
I was served by Lewis in the Exeter store.
I was looking at walking boots. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and I really valued his time & advice.
