A lovely experience in Go Outdoors, Exeter
All the staff here are helpful and polite without being pushy. Good choice of stock to suit all pockets. This would have been 5* but when I got to the till the shoes I was going to buy actually weren’t a pair!!
I went back to the shoe dept and Larry and 2 of his friends were so kind and eventually found the correct shoe I needed. I never knew the name of the girl who had helped me with selecting a waterproof jacket, but she was petite with long blonde hair and was just lovely. All in all very happy with my purchases and my experience in Go outdoors, Exeter.

Great customer service
The staff member who helped me (Lewis) was really kind and patient. He had a lot of knowledge of the products and quickly understood my needs.
The staff on the tills were also very friendly and helpful.
I left the store with the products I wanted.

Today I was served by Paul at the fishing republic section
Today I was served by Paul at the fishing section of the shop and he was so incredibly helpful with the bait selection and rig selection of mine at my friends shopping for some fishing bits to go fishing the following day. Aswell as he care’s and knows what there on about.paul is great to chat to and will be sending some of my photos to the wall hopefully once I catch👍👍👍👍
