Heidi was great
Heidi was great. Very friendly and attentive, bending over backwards to meet my needs. Eventually bought walking sandals that should meet my requirements and joined "the club". We shall return if/when we need anything else.

Rude assistant
The assistant on the tills was very abrupt. She had trouble with my email address and when she read it back she missed parts of it out when I queried this she said she was summarizing it as if I was stupid. She left a tag in the item which the customer before me had purchased and in one of the tops I purchased. She started dealing with the person behind me before she had finished dealing with me.

Super friendly and helpful service
Visited Dorchester go outdoors on a sunny Saturday morning to get a waterproof phone case ahead of a day on the water. I was met by Duncan who was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I tried to get my phone into the various cases to see which was best. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days but Duncan has got it just right and is an asset to the store :)

My miracle jacket! for several years…
I have been looking for several years for a loose-fitting woman’s jacket that also covers my bottom. And I got one AND it has a fleece so it’s suitable for colder weather too. And for an excellent price. And my husband says he won’t lose me in a crowd (its bright pink and grey 😊). And great service too. Thank you.

I went to purchase so Berghaus…
I went to purchase some Berghaus waterproof over trousers, asked the person behind the counter, the reply was over there mate. I explained i wanted 36 short, he replied over there mate. I couldn't reach the trousers as they were on the top racking, I asked if I could borrow a set of steps. This is not what I expect from a retail environment. The reply from customer care was to fill in an online form, that doesn't include customer care only delivery problems. Please explain.
