Comfortable walking
I went in to go outdoors, with my members card and looking for a comfortable pair of weatherproof goretex shoes. I looked at the range and was approached by a chatty assistant who retrieved the appropriate sized pair from the stock cupboard. He followed me down to the till, transaction went ahead. Good experience, and nice to deal with people who are interested in making conversations as opposed to grunting. Thanks

Amazing service
