GO Outdoors - Colchester Omdömen 

As soon as I asked for some help, employees came over straight away to aid me and were a great help! All were lovely at checkout too!

I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by Ben C he assisted me with everything I needed for my next camping trip including finding a sleeping bag that fitted my needs. Overall really good trip will be shopping here again.

I have never ski'd so Andrew in the Colchester store was fantastic help for me and my son getting prepared for his school ski trip. Thank You Andrew.

Ordered an OS map for Click and Collect, as usual kept informed of progress and collect next day

I went in today wanting to buy a new sleeping bag but the one I wanted was out of stock as it was quite popular and when I asked a member of staff if they could help me they straight away said no problem and said I can buy the display sleeping bag, obviously I said yes please, before they kindly helped me pack it away making my day so much better because they were very nice 😁😁

Andrew was very helpful in helping me find the right boots for my Everest base camp trek and even showed me a different way to tie the boots for them to be more effective. Would highly recommend

Mark was very knowledgeable with the stock they had. Worked hard to find a boot for me. Managed to get a pair of Scarpa walking trainers too. 10/10 service

I needed walking boots. Andrew who helped me, spent time to help me and showed me alternative ways of lacing them to accommodate the shape of my foot.

Excellent value with loyalty cards. Helpful & knowledgable staff. The guy in the shoes department has helped us for the last 5 years+ and we were glad he was still on hand to guide. All staff were helpful, patient and knew their stuff. Everything we needed.

I wanted a new outdoor coat to meet specific requirements. Rather than look round aimlessly I decided to ask advice from Morgan at the till. He promptly called for a floor assistant, Susan, promptly gave advice and then Aiko appeared and gave more useful assistance.
The help from all three was greatly appreciated and I walked out with the perfect coat which met my requirements with out the hassle of wandering around the whole store aimlessly.

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me select a hard-wearing waterproof walking boot that was also comfortable. I explained the issues with my hard to fit feet (size 8 +, barrow at the heel, wide at the front,etc) and also what I wanted to use them for. Based on that he appropriately selected a couple for me to try on and made the effort to check the fit. I am very pleased with my purchase, they feel comfortable straight away.

I needed new walking boots and had already visited a couple of shops without success. I then learned that Go Outdoors had a shop in my local town so I gave it a look. What really made a difference was finding an assistant who was helpful and had some knowledge and experience about the products. Thanks to Mark I finally found a pair of boots.

Helpful Assistant.

For the very first time ever we were looking for hiking boots and were feeling lost. We popped into your store to start the search process, as we were planning to go to different shops. This of course did not happen - we were served by Andrew, who was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He found us the perfect shoes yet reasonably priced. He is a gem. Thank you Andrew!

Very helpful assistant at the checkout (Susan) and also male assistant in the shoe department. Came in looking for sliders and went out instead with some great walking sandals which were heavily reduced in the sale

Great staff in the Colchester store! Andrew provided great advice and service while I choose my new walking trainers. The lady on the checkout was also very friendly, efficient and helpful. Pity I did not get her name. All in all a great customer experience
