GO Outdoors - Colchester Omdömen

Brilliant shopping experience, looking for a coat and was helped by Susan.

Excellent and knowledgeable assistance from Andrew at Colchester.
Helped to to acquire all of the equipment I needed.

Went backpacking to Australia and the guys in store were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Suggested certain bags which would be easier for me, couldn’t ask for more from them

The staff in this shop are all so helpful and knowledgeable. It's a shame this shop is closing.

We bought some camping chairs at the Colchester branch. Very helpful staff and with unpacked chairs to try-out we found the perfect ones for us, and great value pricing.

Eva Wright on tills was very helpful at telling me what a Members card is and does. She took her time explaining things to me and showed me where everything in the store was.

Great experience today in store. Staff were very experienced and helpful. Just such a shame the store is closing. Hope to see a new store reopen soon in Colchester.

Excellent customer service from Fraser at Go Outdoors. Genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to go the extra mile.

I needed a new tent for work that I could rely on in all weather conditions, as I work in stage production throughout the year.

Fraser was really helpful and gave me some great recommendations to make sure I got the right tent. He also gave me some useful advice on other bits of kit that would come in handy during the colder months.

Really appreciate the friendly service and the time he took to help me out considering the store was busy. Great customer service from Fraser — thanks again for all the advice!

Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Such a shame this store is closing. I went in looking for some decent travel bits and was helped by Eva. She showed me where everything i wanted was and talked me through some options. I was very pleased with the items i purchased. Thank you.

First time hiking, Mike in store knew exactly what he was talking about! He took the time to go through different options available and instead of bombarding me with information and leaving me to it, he showed me round the store and helped me to choose the correct products for my needs(considering suitable support with disabilities, within my budget. Top experience. Thanks Mike!

Great help when trying to find the items needed for camping!

Fantastic staff at this store. Young girl on the till was friendly and very helpful (think her name was Evie or Eva - sorry not good with names). Managed to get exactly what i needed.
I would recommend this store but unfortunately it is closing.

Your employee Eva Wright made my experience very easy to find water proof clothing and camping equipment for my weekend away in the Lake District.

It was my first time going into Go Outdoors as I heard it's closing down very soon, and what a lovely experience I had whilst looking in the store! The Customer Service was spot on throughout and left very happy with purchasing an early Christmas present! Massive shame the store is closing!

Excellent service. Very helpful. Mike was great and helped me with any questions i had

mike was very helpful to us when we were looking to purchase some goods and explained to us a better alternative to suit our needs.

Came into store the other day needing help with water proof essentials and Michael was extremely helpful and very polite

I came into store looking for a pair of hiking boots. The manager Mike was really helpful throughout offering excellent advice explaining the different options available and making sure I was well informed before making my choice.

Popped in to get some clothes for my next hiking trip Mike was so helpful during this experience! He explained everything with great detail and couldn’t of done enough to make sure I’d made the right decisions with my purchase.
