Great fast service for click and collect

Visited Go Outdoors just to look around and get an understanding and ended up coming out with a tent and some accessories for our upcoming first camping trip. All thanks to Mel & Ben's patience and help. I must have asked 100 questions or more and they were always happy to help. Definitely going to Cardiff branch again for my camping needs!

MORGAN. T at Go Outdoors Cardiff was out of this world, fantastic!!! My son needed new trekking shoes as we found out three days before he was going to Scout camp. This of course made my husband and myself very stressed out with this small matter (sad but true). MORGAN. T was knowledgeable, patient with us and made our son’s decision easier on foot wear. He spent a lot of time and effort with us and I actually felt sorry for MORGAN. T to put up with us. This is why I had to write this and say,”BIG, BIG, THANK YOU TO YOU for making my life easier with my family MORGAN.T !!!”

Came into the Newport Road store today to buy a bike for short commutes. Anthony was very helpful and knew exactly the type of bike I should go for. Well priced as well :) Would highly recommend!

I’m still get to even receive notice that my parcel is ready to collect at store, it has been 2 weeks

We went to look at tents tonight. They were all set out, making choosing very easy. We were served by Morgan T and were very impressed. He was very professional yet friendly and sold us a whole set up. He even helped us carry it to the car.

Service was great, just bought an incredible bike for an amazing price.

Anthony was great. Helped us find the right size bike for our daughter. Helped her test it in a safe area of the store. Much appreciated!

Went to the Cardiff store for our new tent and loads of other items and the staff ( Morgan T in particular) were really helpful and it was much appreciated - made a stressful day ( too much to choose from🤯 )so much easier .

We went to the Cardiff store and the service was great. (served by Adam). I was trying all the footwear and he new everything about the full range of footwear - very impressive.. Aside from the great service the store was very warm - ok, we were at the tail end of the recent heatwave, but, it didn't seem to have any fans or air con on there - come on JD, pull your finger out..

Dealt with Anthony in the bike department after the appauling online service I recieved and no tech at the Bristol branch Anthony saved the day came to return the bike but took his time to thoroughly check it over and sort out the problem with which turned out to be minor very knowledge and helpful his customer services skill were on point his explanation was brilliant overall very well manner and helpful 10/01

Visited Go outdoors with my 2 sons to sort out some fishing gear I’m clueless we were referred to Joe what an absolute gem, really helpful and his knowledge on the products was amazing. His advice and information allowed us to get what we needed for beginners. Fantastic service

A specific member of staff whose name is Joe has made a really big positive impact today, he was without a doubt the best member of staff I’ve ever met in any shop, I was looking for a part of the reel which they didn’t sell and he offered to give his discount for the whole thing, he was so kind, polite and helpful and it was the best decision to come, I fully with my whole heart recommend you go there.

Went to go outdoor really nice outdoor shop would recommend and is dog friendly Joe was really helpful helping me with the fishing equipment and was very knowledgeable on everything
