We originally bought a bike from Halfords because my daughter loved the look of it, it was a unicorn/fairy-style bike that she absolutely adored! Unfortunately, it was far too heavy for her and because of this it was too difficult for her to ride. We’re so glad we had Anthony from the Cardiff store to help us this time. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and advised us on a much more suitable lightweight bike for her. Every time I go in, Carter always takes the time to help me and my mates find the right fishing gear. Genuinely one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and knows his stuff inside out. The rest of the staff are excellent as well - really helpful and top customer service every time.

Got sent wrong items but quickly sorted in store by Dan. No drama, very helpful and apologetic. Appreciate it.

I had a problem with my camping stove and had amazing support from Mel, Chris, Dan and Ffion who all helped with specific knowledge to come up with a solution. Very knowledgeable and patient, thank you to everyone.

Went in for a browse, saw diving boots. Unfortunately the size I needed weren't there. Didn't think there would be any in store, but asked anyway.
Saw Adam & he said that all sizes would be out, but he'd take a look just in case. He found a pallet of said boots on shop floor & found size I was looking for.
Checked with me if they were ok & if I needed anything else.
