James, the GO Outdoors assistant who ran the evening session for the Brownies and Guides, was incredibly informative and built an amazing rapport with the children. They especially loved learning about pop-up tents, choosing the right sleeping bag sizes, and practising how to put tents up. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole experience fun, engaging, and very educational.

I popped back to the cardiff store as it is my go to store. I wanted some information about getting a new bike and I was served by Anthony. I definitely recommend him as he was brilliant I needed a bike for commuting and he showed me various types which would accommodate me. Very helpful, friendly and professional I would definitely recommend to others if you want good customer service. Thank you

Superb customer service. Firstly I was directed straight to the item I had gone into buy. Then at the till I was given advice on how to get my jacket mended by the manufacturer.

We visited Go outdoors to buy some women’s walking shoes having been unsuccessful in several other Cardiff stores. Hannah was extremely knowledgeable and informed about the range of walking shoes available instore and what would be the ideal fit for me. She was also very friendly and approachable making the whole experience very pleasant!

Insanity. January and no ski socks. When I asked the manager, he said "yes, ski season is over". January! Went over to Mountain Warehouse, overflowing with ski stock. Seems insane you've got this amazing space in Cardiff and nothing in season.

Shopped with the wife this passed weekend, was helped by Mark, Mel and Adam. These guys all made our experience pleasant and easy, ended up buying a few things and leaving happy.
Will be back again and would seek any of those three out for help.
