Easy to access the large bright new store

Sav was very helpful. Was not sure on what type of rucksack that we needed and his expertise really helped.

Very helpful with helping find the right size boots very patient and polite nothing was to much trouble

I paid for the membership price so I could buy my inflatable SIM at a reduced price online. Showed as in stock.
Ordered, then a day later was issued a refund on the SIM price and order cancelled, but wasn't refunded my membership price that I now don't need.

Me and my wife are planning an ultra walk and needed to pop in for some gear. Paul in footwear really helped us out and gave us some great tips on insoles and socks to help with the walk. I’ve always had great service here and the staff are really knowledgeable.

I visited the Basingstoke store today and want to especially say a huge thank you to Paul for helping me find the products I needed for camping and for all his useful knowledge especially being a newcomer to camping.

We having visited the Basingstoke store the past 2 weekends and have been served by Sophie, she was so patient and helpful with helping us choose some boots. She is a credit to the store.

We went to Go Outdoors to get fitted for rucksacks for walking the Camino. James G helped us through the minefield of sizes and capacities! Super helpful, polite, patient and knowledgeable young man. If you need a rucksack and are lost with all the choice, James is your man! Many thanks team GO😊

Staff in Basingstoke branch excellent, when what I needed wasn’t in stock they looked on line, found it and helped me use the app to order. Boots arrived in less than 4 days.

Sophie helped us find my daughter suitable horse riding boots. She was kind, approachable & incredibly helpful. Small feet with muscular calves, needing long boots, is a tricky fit to sort out. Sophie’s attitude was lovely and we got the fit.

Sian and Carol were fantastic when I visited the store in the New Year. I had been so disappointed when I saw the ski jacket I bought in Dec reduced by £30 on Christmas Eve eve. With no chance to return it before our holiday and the size unavailable, I bought a cheaper version to compare at home. Having decided at home that I still preferred the more expensive jacket, I returned the cheaper one in the new year, but questioned if they would price match the original purchase.
They listened to my query, remembered me from my pre-xmas visit and very kindly carried out the price match without any quibble. Thank you both.

I had several visits to the store before our holiday and the staff have been brilliant.

Bought an electric bike from this company after 2 years.The motor is playing up. Talk to my local store, Basingstoke, they've said they could not repair it, as they will not repair electric bikes.
Will not be returning to them to buy another bike in future.

I recently visited the store to buy a new riding helmet and body protector for my daughter. I was greeted by Natalie when entering the store and she couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive during our visit. She was very knowledgable about the various products and made sure that we got the right fit and model.

It was my first visit to Go Outdoors and the Naylors store today. I was really impressed. The staff were helpful, the service was great and there was a wide range of jackets to try on. I’ll definitely be back.

We were served today by Sav in Basingstoke. He was brilliant. Really knowledgeable, great advice and just a fantastic professional. We wanted to know about lightweight camping equipment for wild camping and his enthusiasm shone through. Thank you.

Was served by Paul today whilst buying new boots. He was very knowledgeable, helped with sizing, offered some top tips and the result was a new pair of well fitting boots.

The store parking is easy, store is always clean and the staff friendly. My spaniel Milo always gets lots off fuss too.

A good order and pick up of two belts was spoilt by the fact the checkout desk didn’t spot that they had security tags on. No alarms sounded as I left the store either. I found them when I got home - 30 minutes drive from the store. So I will have to go back and get them removed- not a good use of time let alone the mileage involved. Unimpressed.

Natalie from the Naylors equestrian team at Go Outdoors in Basingstoke was excellent! She took time and care to ensure the new riding helmet for my daughter, fitted perfectly! We tried on several and she was very clear she wouldn’t sell us one of it didn’t fit correctly! Thanks Natalie! Excellent and professional service and advice!
