Service on the 41 is sooooo s*** it is every day/night f****ing joke I’ve complained to the company 5 times now and they don’t even give a f*** if I was as bad as that at my job I’d be ashamed and there not even bothered

was going to school and got overcharged usually it’s £1 but recently charged me £1.25 for 3 stops up the road but annoyed because they think their funny

Need more 17&18s on at 3pm at MCA. horrendous service that doesn’t turn up on time. Stagecoach however have about 40 buses running at one time. I was stood there waiting for 18&17 to turn up for 40 minutes. Mum wasn’t happy. I feel like this is unfair and shouldn’t happen as students (ME) have better things to be doing than waiting for a bus.

The buses 67/ 100 are never on schedule. Bus drivers sometimes just ignore you and skip the bus stop if you did not wave nicely right at the curb. Ridiculously unreliable service and exactly the reason why bus service should be under public control instead of bus operators which cannot control the quality of their services.

You would think when an already useless bus company that being First Bus or as I liked to call them "Last Bus" is taken over. You would think that measures would be put in place to make the new bus company better. Well I've seen reconditioned washing machines that perform better than "Go Northwest" but let's not forget that the only thing to change is the name. The drivers are just as bad and complaints don't get rectified. What I want to know is, why is it that NASA can fly a space probe from Planet Earth to the planet Mars and land it within a given timetable schedule but I'm still waiting for the 98 bus service which set off from Shudehill, Manchester at 18:04, 22/12/2019. That is correct, 2019.

Horrendous service. Busses are always late and half way through the 41 bus driver says 'last stop everyone get off'. People are going to work school and half way for no reason they just make everyone get off.

Incredibly unreliable service and they treat their costumers like its some sort of free public service.

Paid for 2 return tickets Saturday 6ht November 21. The transport to Rochdale was fine but on return we waited 40 mins for the number 17 bus to turn up which it did as 4 other people waiting for the same bus and low and behold the driver decided not to stop and turned the sign to NOT IN SERVICE!!! Had to pay an extortionate price for a taxi home. Service is appauling when people have worked all day expecting a reliable bus service home at midnight!!

Awful. Low frequency. Apart from traffic it's easier to see aliens than the bus of this company stopping on the designated bus stop. And if it pass just pray that the driver decide to stop arms extended or not. If you depend on this company to get your place, better buy a bike

Worst company. Having to take taxis almost every day for a week after waiting over 20 mins for the bus in hopes it is just late. I’m taking bus no 33 from shudehill interchange that is already scheduled for only every 30 mins..

I wait for a bus on Victoria Station to Middleton Road. 3 buses pass to Piccalilli Garden No one in my way. I wait 25 minutes. I wait from 15.40 to 16.05. And I get a taxi. Common on the route bus is every 10 min

Useless bus company, often your bus will be delayed and delayed and then just dissappear. Bus drivers are all miserable. They often at your stop hit brakes way too hard sending you flying. Might buy a scooter rather than waste my time waiting for these Pillocks.

Drivers are now choosing their own routes. The 415 bus never goes the same route twice. The company enjoys causing maximum disruption, and clearly seeks to cost people their jobs, as they cannot reach their workplace on time, as the bus driver has decided to cut out most of the route that day, or go a completely different route altogether. The company just laughs at customers. It's quite telling that this company has not had a single review that is not bad.

Since taking over the 17 bus between Manchester and Rochdale, it has been the most shambolic service I've ever seen. Unfriendly drivers. Old buses. Often do not turn up.

Absolutely disgusting. Buses not turning up all they need to sort this out lot of angry people at the bus stop. absolutely fuming!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever.
I have to catch bus 52 everyday to go to work but a lot of times have to call taxis since the drivers of this company make their own schedule 🤷🏾‍♀️. A completely lack of respect for the people that are spending money on weekly bus passes. Even sometimes they will just pass without stopping leaving me hanging in the bus stop. This needs to change its just not acceptable for customers to be susceptible to a such bad service without no one being held accountable. Made complaints but no one cares. Worst company ever.

I would give 0 stars if it allowed I catch the first 100 bus from cadishead daily but your lucky if the first or second bus even turn up absolute joke of a company how they got a contract to run a service that is important for workers to be on time for work is shocking .this is my only link from cadishead to the Trafford Centre I then have to catch another bus to leigh from the Trafford Centre which is an hourly service so this is making me 45 mins to an hour late for work nearly every day their contract needs revoking and giving to a company that can deliver and provide a reliable service I will be certainly writing a complaint to the council

The worst bus service provider I've known. I've been using this provider's services for 3 months and have yet to get a bus on time. I get the very first buses each day and they are either very late or never turn up. You would think the one bus to be on time is the first of the day at the first stop.

got 52 bus salford home from work got on bus few people on still seats available got o next stop and driver lets loads people on all sitting next to strangers bus packed from front to back all squashed up next to each no one could get on or off because passageway was rammed with people and tpo add insult found out they had charged me five pound on my card when i asked for a 250 fare didn't realize tilll got home and found he had charged to my card be on customer services in morning for what its worth
