Bus drivers are rude and care little for the passengers, Often swearing at you or shouting at you, Also physically man handling you and asking for a fight, My advice seek other ways to travel and avoid at all costs, it's not worth it

RACIST! Waited for the bus, and was glad it came on time. My boyfriend and I put our hand out and the bus did not stop. I do not see why, there was a light, there were two people with their arms out. Yet, he didn’t stop. This man saw two black people and chose to go. RACIST.

Please quit all your bus services from Manchester bcoz u don't have time management.day by day your services are delaying without any reasons.

This service will be delayed for up to half an hour or more. Especially at nights. People do work nights shifts. Very terrible service.

they charged me and my friends who are 13 for an adult day saver. none of us look like an adult yet they are stealing from us! stop this robbery now.

My mum went on the bus last Saturday and the bus doesn't stop in the right stop as the right stop was busy but i think he have to wait till the place free so he can stop in the right place but he didnt !!!.The bus driver doesn't low the step for her and the floor was slippy so she sliped and broke her leg and she is in the hospital suffering at the moment!!!!

No option to leave 0 points. 52 taken off outside Failsworth Tesco 2.58pm service. Again this disgusting service has let its passengers down again. It's pouring and there is no shelter or seating. I have several disabilities and am stood freezing and wet. This vile company has no conscience whatsoever. It wouldn't surprise me if they take the next 52 bus from here also.

Bus number 135 Manchester number plate MX58 DVY Travelling from my house to work and I was waiting for more than 15 minutes with -5 degrees temperature frozen. The rude bus driver took me out of the bus because he had no change, I was paying with a £10 note and he said that I can’t take me at the bus because lack of change so I started asking to the other passengers and he kicked me out because I told him that it was his responsibility to get change for the passengers but he got mad and started shouting at me F-ck Off over and over again because he felt offended by what I said and I said to him that It was son cold outside but he didn’t care, that’s unacceptable behaviour for a bus driver, I don’t want to use the service from this company anymore. Rude and no empathy at all.

I fully understand passengers moaning about GNW but Stagecoach are also 5hi7 ..in fact all bus companys are 5hi7 as
5hi7 shifting is their job

What a joke. I was charged 12.80 for a bus ticket into Manchester from Middleton (should be 2 pound) then charged another 2 pound on top of that ?? I contacted go north west regarding this as my bus driver gave me a receipt and told me I could get a refund if I contact go north west he was having an issue with his machine and couldn’t figure it out. I got a quite a rude and abrupt response to my email and told it’s because a payment declined in July??! I do not get on buses so I never got a bus in July only on Monday (31st October) which was a one off and they told me that because my card declined in July for a 12.80 bus ticket that’s why they charged me this now?? In October?? Even if I had got the bus in July what kind of a bus ticket is 12.80 for a single into Manchester from Middleton? You can get a taxi for that price. I truly don’t think the staff know what they’re talking about and I think they need to learn some manners and get some customer service skills. I was advised this could be fraud but they told me that if I contact my bank to claim this back as fraud that go north west will reject it (hilarious) so if you steel someone’s card and get on a bus with go north west it’s fine because they support that and will not refund the poor person who’s cards just been robbed. It’s hilarious really what a thriving bunch of heartless jobs worth.

I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY. NOT ONLY ARE THEY ALWAYS 20 OR 30 MINUTES LATE BUT THEY ARE SO DISGUSTINGLY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
THIS COMPANY HAS NEVER VALUED THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT NOW IT HAS EVEN GOTTEN WORSE. THEY DON’T TAKE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY.

It was impossible for the bus driver to not see me.

Disappearing buses, 50 min wait times, drivers setting off on route 5 mins before they are due 20 mins away making people unnecessarily late. Altogether a cowboy outfit that needs better management.

The fried chicken was very tasty. It made my taste buds dance with delight. I would get them again. The fries were excellent and i very much enjoyed the milkshake. All in all a great service.

The worst bus service iv had the displeasure of haveing to use no customer service what so ever There buses May as well not run!

Very slow service and stops alot for long duration, I travelled same distance with 30 more time than other bus service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are the most unreliable ignorant companies I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. They only serve themselves and their boss Nigel - an extremely rude man himself- trolling paying customers on Twitter! Money comes first, customers are just an inconvenience to them. Any criticism they receive is ignored. Twitter accounts and phone numbers blocked if customers speak the truth.

What a rubbish service n 33 is never on time... But for charging they are always ready

My dizzy teenaged daughter left her overnight bag on the 100 bus.
It had absolutely everything in it, including her phone charger.
Clothes, Nike trainers, her full make up collection & brushes.

Amazingly, someone handed it in!

The staff were super helpful.
They even rang me back because my phone kept cutting off.

We went down to the Cheetham Hill depot, to collect.
A member of staff even got out of his van to take her to the office.
Even though he was going in the opposite direction.

The guy's who handed her the bag, we're so nice to her.
