Sick of them ruining my gym evenings.
I rang them up to ask why the 17 bus route is so bad and they tried blaming it on traffic on Rochdale Road. It's amusing because the number 18 bus takes the same route and is always on time, tried to tell them this and they told me that 1+1=3.

There response was basically "it's not our fault, it's the traffic's fault". We all know this is not the case as the number 18 bus is always on time.

The customer service representative I spoke to said I was being abusive and terminated the call because I raised my voice a bit, at not one point did I say anything abusive or swear or name call, they just used that as a kop out card to get off the phone with me.

Decided to use the bus after a while of driving to work.
Now I remember why I don’t take the bus. Unreliable. Waiting for ages. The time the bus arrives bears no relation to the timetable. Seems to be random and pot luck.

Terrible service, buses never show up its absolutely ridiculous! Number 93 is shocking never known anything like it. Had to spend so much money on taxis thanks to these people not knowing how to do their jobs.

All I'm saying is these bus drivers are dangerous and complete @rseholes sorry but it's true. Need to sort there customer service skills out. And get better driving lessons

Busses are always late and sometimes they don't arrive at all. £67 pound a month for the lowest quality service ever. Thieves

Who decided to turn the 415 into the 129 and vice versa? Absolute shambles of a bus service. The 129 is the life blood of Hollin Estate for all of us who struggle with mobility. I have waited again today for the 3.55pm but it didn't arrive. It comes from Oldham as the 415, so is stuck in traffic and God help us when the kids are in school. Basically the 129 was great before Go Northwest took it over, it wasn't a problem. They need a to get their act together.

Extremely poor time keeping.. I travel to work at 5.30 am and it's never on time and frequently just doesn't show up at all.
Another morning I've had to spend 20£ on a taxi.

Worst bus service in whole North west especially bus no 17.

The worst transport company ever.
For a bus who was supposed to come at Manchester Piccadilly ( 81, 83 ) at every 10 minutes never came. I waited more then an hour for them and nothing.
I can't believe.
Shame on you.

6:25pm 135 route from bury. Bus driver stop for me a and very considerate and polite. We need more like him!

The busses are never on time and the tracking often does not update showing you if the bus is coming or if it is late. I have to reply on the bus to get home and due to it being late every day I can’t use it to go to work meaning I have to spend £14 a day travelling just to work in a taxi. When you reach out for support on their Twitter page or through the app they either take ages to reply or tell you that there are issues with drivers but how can that be the case when the bus is late every day or often services are abandoned. If they can’t manage the service needs then they need to review if they can’t have the contract

If I could give a zero rating I would this company are the worse there is in Rochdale, no bus for over 30mins when should be every 12mins, I have to get to calls as i do home care & with buses being late all the time i would be late for my clients to do there teas & beds so have to get taxis

Currently at the bus stop, 3 cancellations and I’m assuming there’s gonna be another one. It’s quicker to walk to from bury to Manchester than it is to wait for this bus so don’t bother.

Tonight, I waited an hour for a 17 bus from Rochdale to Middleton. It is supposed to be a high frequency service and even in the evenings it is meant to run every 15 minutes. This is the third such delay in my last 3 trips to Rochdale, so it is commonplace. I have asked Go North West for an explanation on two occasions, but to date, have not had a response. I have read that they have a shortage of drivers, but I understand that they have been awarded Bee Network contracts in the Bolton and Wigan areas and have taken over the 163 service, so if they are just taking drivers off established routes to operate new routes and leaving loyal customers stranded, that is not acceptable.

I recently suffered a stroke, so I would iike to know why these bus companies are allowed to make elderly and vulnerabke people stand up for an hour in isolated areas in the evening, wasting my time and sometimes losing wages, then when the bus does finally arrive, it is so full that I have to stand for the entire journey while the company directors report huge profits from bus passes they have sold that cannot be used because the services do not operate? This service level is not acceptable.

Stood at bus stop on oxford rd near aquatics 15 45pm waiting for 18 or 4. The 18 drove past witthout stopping clearly half empty the service is gettig worst mri to piccadilly

93 service is late from start to finish and when it does show up late it’s full and then the next is late.

There is a problem with the timekeeping of the drivers of numbers 52.

It appears that management does not have the appropriate tools to keep track of the drivers' timekeeping. Frequently, there are two or three buses coming at the same time because the driver seems to do what he or she wants. I was extremely disappointed with the service
