The golf course staff were very helpful. Due to the course making the bunkers better for play, there were some delays, but they were acceptable due to the construction.

I tried booking a reservation and it…

I tried booking a reservation and it stated that it was not available so I booked another time and golf course and then noticed I was charged for both reservations! I eventually canceled but had to call your office to tell them I needed a refund in which I received a few days later, please fix your app so this doesn’t happen again!

Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service. I accidentally booked a tee time twice ,as the website is very glitchy. I tried to get a refund and they would only give me credit back even though there website was fault. Do no use this scamming website.

GolfNot

Booked a tee-time at Silverado course in Scottsdale AZ on 10/14/25. Showed up to find that course was closed. Why didn't Golfnow do their due diligence to find out if course was open? Unacceptable. GolfNow should change their name to GolfNot.

Fraudsters want to Keep Your Money

I made a mistake while on the phone with a buddy booking. I booked the same day (Monday) rather than Wednesday as we planned. I realized my mistake right away and canceled the same day (Monday) and booked Wednesday. Golfnow wants to charge me for BOTH! I called to let them know immediately and they would only offer me a partial credit. I asked that they just charge me for Wednesday and they said that is not possible. Stay away from these fraudsters.

GOLF NOW is a problem

booked a reservation. cancelled it online. course never got cancellation. Golf now just referred me back to the course (chat is AI , no phone to call).
DO NOT USE .....

Golfnow w/Golfpass+ makes Sense

Golfnow w/Golfpass+ makes booking tee times so easy. I've never had a problem and the Golfpass+ membership pays for itself. I recently tried a coupon experience but there was not any flexibility. I will stick with GolfNow.

You had me go through all the details, then pay and then tell me time no longer available. Then (hopefully) wait for your refund. Unacceptable.

They ARE indeed SCUMBAGS. They STEAL MONEY FROM WORKING PEOPLE and In My Case VETERANS! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED BASTARDS!!!
"Hot Deals" are a trap. The special deals are non-refundable and can only be canceled in exchange for credit that must be used on future "Hot Deals." This is not clearly advertised and has led to many customer complaints.
Poor customer service. Users on platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, and GolfWRX report extreme difficulty getting in contact with customer service. The service is often described as unresponsive or unhelpful when issues like weather cancellations arise.
Predatory cancellation policy. For a standard booking, if you need to cancel a tee time, you don't get a monetary refund; you receive GolfNow credit. This practice is frustrating for many users.

Terrible Golf Service, Disservice to golfers

Golf Now is a terrible service which can easily be corrected if the creator of their website provided the proper web page tools to cancel a tee time within the allotted time allowed. And I hear from many golfers and workers at the courses that Golf Now makes it hard to cancel, and that only means they want to try to keep your money. Bad people.. Do Not Use.

Don’t even bother with this terrible…

Don’t even bother with this terrible website. Booked a tee time that I was charged for and eventually refunded. Tee time popped up as an online rate so I booked it. Random error message came up after I booked and paid for it, checked my card and was charged. Called the course and they didn’t have the reservation but the tee time was still open. Online rate was no longer available. Tried calling support and you just get a call center in India with whom the person literally hung up on me. Save yourself the headache.

Golf never

I would give them zero stars if possible. They make it so difficult to actually use a gift card. I do not know why anyone would buy a gift card through them - it is a total waste of money.

By far the worst golf booking service…

By far the worst golf booking service I’ve ever used. Trying to cancel a tee time is a nightmare—impossible to reach any form of customer service. The complete lack of support makes this platform frustrating, unreliable, and absolutely not worth using.

Hot Deals not being awarded

Went to select a Hot Deal that shows available. Upon submitting for it a pop up came on saying "not available" even though it hit my credit card. Charge eventually went away but the Hot Deal was not awarded to anyone. Appeared again for same date/time, tried again with same results. Reported issue to customer service and nothing done about it. This has happened multiple times recently.

Their site populated the incorrect date…

Their site populated the incorrect date (Monday rather than Saturday, I changed it twice to the correct date and the system booked it incorrectly) while booking a tee time. I called about the error immediately and they wouldn't refund me the $5. I talked to 3 different people and they all said the same thing. Sounds like a call center out of the states that handle things and they are all useless. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im going to have to have the credit card company deal with it. I had used golf now for a decade previously, and will never use them again - all over $5. Terrible, terrible, terrrrrrible.

GOLF NOW is a RIPOFF

Instead of contacting the golf course, Gunter's Landing, directly, I thought I would get a better rate through Golf Now as I have used them many times. So I only called Golf Now, made a tee time for two, and was charged $98 EACH. When I got to the course, in Alabama (we live in Georgia), I found we would have paid only $50 each. What a ripoff! NO MORE GOLF NOW FOR US!
