The golf course staff were very helpful. Due to the course making the bunkers better for play, there were some delays, but they were acceptable due to the construction.

Reasonably straightforward, simple and quick. Good additional features to toggle back and forth for some criteria (backwards and forwards for dates on a selected course, for example). No glaring issues.

Emailed several times to the US and UK and AUS and also called with no answer........ not a single reply. Went to book a game and could not get 2 x credit cards or PayPal to work.
In Dubai now and there are no courses listed to play from the several they have listed.

Ndamulelo, was unhelpful with their strict policies in giving me a refund after cancelling minutes later due to a personal issue. Sadly, I would rather lose my "credit balance" on their website than ever booking through them again. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend booking through them even if their "hot deal" is the best becase they will just screw you somehow with a fee or cancellation.

They will steal your money if you have a linked card. Then if you try and reach out you can’t get anyone. They’re supposed to be a live chat available for help and customer service. I could tell you as I was a member for two years.(only because of a promo and an auto renew.) for four years it’s been temporarily unavailable. Thieves, manipulators, and a bunch of people that don’t understand the language I speak. English.

I have been a member of golf now for YEARS!!!!! and the frustration over the years just gets worse. They put a promo code (BF2025) out on 21 Nov 25 that was good for members well in advance of other users of the website and the code is still not activated. After two phone calls to customer service and dealing with co pilot it is still not corrected. One customer service representative offered me a $20.00 coupon for my issued but had no resolution to solving my problem. Where is upper level management when this sort of thing occurs!!!!!!!

Golf Now application is not worth the time. I have been using the application for over 8 years. I believe the company is under new management and the user application is not user friendly. I made a tee time for what I thought was 7 days later than what appeared on my reservation. I went online to change the date and the GN application informed me that no tee times were available for the date in question. I cancelled the existing reservation and called the golf course to see what was going on. They were open and able to set up a tee time for me. I have deleted the GN app

I recently tried to book a tee time at Heritage Palms and experienced multiple system errors that prevented the reservation from going through. Despite the failed booking, my card was charged five times, and resolving the issue has required repeated follow-up and resending the same information.
Customer service provided two $20 vouchers as an apology, but they can only be used on Hot Deals after noon Monday–Thursday, which isn’t helpful or relevant to the issue.
GolfNow could greatly improve by ensuring system reliability, processing refunds promptly, and offering meaningful solutions when errors occur. A more responsive and consistent customer support experience would go a long way in restoring trust.

I set up tee time for 4. Another couple was joining us. Golf now charged me 25% as a down payment. No problem. The other couple arrived just before plus and checked in at pro shop to pay their share. The pro shop charged them half OF THE REMAINING BALANCE which didn't take the down payment into account. When I discussed with pro shop, the person was saying that's how Golf Now does it and said everyone complains about them. He said we should've gone directly thru the course which is always cheaper. He said I should talk to the other couple to collect more from them. So I paid the remaining balance. I told the other couple they owed more and felt very uncomfortable asking them to pay more to me.

I tried canceling a reservation on the website on 12 and 13 November 2025 and under my profile the webpage for reservations never appeared, it was only blank. I was using google, firefox, edge, and duck duck browsers to no avail. I went to the faq page to try to figure out if I had to do anything else and the faq page article had a review button and comment section, which of course did not work. They have poor website management. Will strongly consider canceling account. First time I had this problem as my prior booking experiences have been good. Rarely do I cancel a reservation. With the app, I had same problem, unable to cancel reservation.

Im a member of Golf Now but have had many issues including taking membership money 6 months after joining even though I had already paid for the year. Last time I played with a friend at Lake Bernadette and we played with another pair from Golf now. My friends wedge accidentally got switched with the other pairs wedge. She has his wedge and he has hers. We called to ask if they could reach out to the other pairs since we had no other way to contact them and they were extremely rude on the phone and refused to help us. The wedge was very special to my friend as it was bought for her by her husband who is now deceased. She is sick over it and Golf Now couldn’t care less. They are horrible and don’t care at all about there members. In response the the response from Golf Now’s AI response. The other pair we were playing with were also sadly GolfNow members so the course didn’t have any ways to help us. In fact the golf course was on the phone with golf now too and they were treated the same way and golf now refused to help.

Golf now offers several promotions but has not followed up fairly with their promises for the past 2 months. They need to change their software and algorithms to effectively communicate with their clients. Today I was promised an answer and received nothing. I have repeatedly called and requested improvements to no avail.

Your credits expire so quickly. If you booked a hot deal, the credits won't work on a regular tee time. They make up the rules as you go and most of the the time the prices on here is the same as booking with the course.
I already called but Customer service said I can't extend it anymore as I did it twice already. I had a back injury which didnt' let me golf for the full year

Has to be an ZERO rather than an 1 star - Impossible to write a review as their “customer service” ignores any contact.
Now 2 weeks after turning up at a course with a booking confirmation that the course had no record of.

I rate this 1-star only because 0-star is not an available rating. A google search "after the fact" revealed this about Golf Now ... "Some users feel the booking process for "Hot Deals" is misleading, as the terms for refunds are not clearly communicated upfront." ... This was my experience. I had a medical emergency that prevented me from playing. Could NOT receive a refund even though I cancelled in time. Could only get a credit to my account. This is a bad policy and needs to be changed.

Most things in life are good until something goes wrong. I made a mistake of booking a threesome on a wrong date, realize that and cancelled it and booked another threesome on a correct date. Only to realize my cancellation was done using "hot deal tee times", which is by their 'policy'. People (customers) make mistakes - that's why the 'customer care' departments exist. When I got a hold of an agent, it was like talking to a robot. Fast forward, she refused to cancel the transaction, but give me the amount in credit, that I need to use within the 6 months (I am in Canada and our season is basically over). I guess the agent did what she was trained to do, but the people who are managing this operation, people who are writing such policies need to hear customers frustrations and tweak the policies. I will do what I told the agent - once I am done using my credit, I am out of GolfNow.
