I'm just paid to renew my iphone coverage back in December.. Now i need to make a claim but website is down and phone number doesn't work.. When did they close shop and were refunds issued????

Great Service. They sent a loaner phone out immediately as I was about to leave on a trip. The repaired phone was ready and waiting for me when I arrived home. Couldn't ask for better service.

Hey there, I got go Care because i was looking to secure an affordable insurance for my sons laptop for school. the school told me about GoCare. It was really reasonable and i bought it. a few weeks later my son cracked his screen. Wow was i glad i had the insurance. 50.00 instead of 260.00 and it was back in a flash. everyone was a dream to work with. from the insurance person at the school to the insurance people that called me at home. i had nothing to do but write the check. done. man that was easy. when he got his laptop back it was good as new. And while he was waiting he had a loaner he could not take home. no problem the curriculum was set up so all he had to do was log into google on any machine and he had homework. I love Go Care. Due to their forethought and inovation in thinking with working with the schools they are the number one leader in insureance in my book and affordable Too.

I didn't end the entire serial number but didn't realize until after i submitted. I had to call in and it was quick and efficient. Beat customer service experience I've had in a long time.

Peace of mind and cost-effective
GoCare is great. The replacement came fast and I'll never go without phone insurance again. SO worth it. My daughter wasn't as smart and she's now out hundreds of dollars for a broken phone and having to make do with a cheap older phone til she qualifies for an upgrade.

I really like Go Care because if you need something to be replaced the service is fast and the flat rate is great for anyone with a smart phone or tablet that needs to be fixed and it is returned to your care immediately.

Excellent insurance for all our devices
Making a claim is easy. I regularly recommend GoCare to friends who are buying new phones as a better option than insurance through the cell plan carrier. GoCare coverage is better and the cost is much more reasonable.
