I'm just paid to renew my iphone coverage back in December.. Now i need to make a claim but website is down and phone number doesn't work.. When did they close shop and were refunds issued????

Can you say phenomal service?!
If you don't have insurance for your phone, you're doing it wrong! Gocare was easy to sign up and buy! Now I can sit back, relax, and enjoy my phone knowing I am covered if anything happens to it. Signing up was a piece of cake and when I called for service, the rep help answer all my questions! Thank you for making this easy!

Very easy to setup and worth it for peace of mind.
I wanted insurance for my new (at the time) iPhone. The plan my cell company offered was not for lost or stolen phones, only for breakage, so I took out a 3 year policy with this company. Even though I never needed to submit a claim, I felt better knowing I was protected from breaks, losing the phone or theft.

GOCARE.COM make it real simple!
I needed to insure my daughters i-pad for school. GOCARE.com made it simple. I signed up on-line. The step by step process was easy to follow. I later had to photograph the i-pad so GOCARE.com would have photos for their records. They sent me example pictures of what the photos should show. I'd definitely use GOCARE.com again.

There was an issue with my order, but GoCare customer service was extremely helpful and courteous and had the problem resolved quickly.

Luckily I have not had to use our insurance, but based on the ease and professionalism of GOCARE I have full confidence in them. The insurance we purchased was inexpensive, comprehensive, and easily understood. This just makes sense!
