The glasses were bought as a 40th birthday gift and were very well received. They are fairly unique, of high quality and are very good for enjoying a single malt. Excellent product

Do not order for overseas
Do not order for overseas! They are not geared up for it. Cost me an additional €52.81 import duty. Arrived over a week late. Ordered the decanter set as gift and decanter arrived without glasses. Was a 50th gift. Embarrassing for me and disappointing for the recipient. Glasses now having to be sent separately - 2 weeks late. No offer to compensate for all the trouble. Not a company I will ever deal with again.

We understand your frustration regarding the import duties and the delay in receiving your order. While customs fees and import taxes are unfortunately beyond our control, we do make an effort to inform our customers on our website about the possibility of these charges. We understand, however, that this doesn’t lessen the inconvenience you’ve faced.
Regarding the delay with your glassware, we aim to dispatch engraved items within two weeks, and in this case, your order was sent out within a week. However, we are truly sorry that human error led to the glasses being missed initially. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the oversight, especially considering that this was meant to be a special 50th birthday gift. I can confirm that the additional glasses have now been shipped, and we are doing everything possible to ensure they reach you as soon as possible. While we cannot change what has already happened, we hope this resolution meets your expectations, and we deeply regret the disappointment caused.
Crystal Champagne Glasses
Bought 2 crystal champagne glasses for part of my daughter's 18th birthday in December. The glasses are beautiful and arrived well-packaged and protected. The gift box is lined and looks lovely. Delivery was speedy too. Would definitely recommend!

Product is excellent. I have note regarding delivery service. Ot would be much convenient if delivery company UPS notified recipient before performing delivery about estimated time and tax and customs broker service fee.

Excellent products!
I purchased separately 2 sets few days apart; got in touch with them to see if they can be delivered together and before a certain date. Response was very prompt and I received them today.
Very happy with the service and quality of product. Would be even better if gift bags were provided to complement the gifting!
