I ordered a product. Two days later they email to say that they don't have it and will refund me within 10 days. Ten days later, no refund. Further query, further promises but no refund arrives. I've now picked it up with the credit card company with whom I paid. I will never deal with them again.

I made an order on 22nd June and this still hasn’t arrived and I needed this for a wedding next week. I have tried to email but it keeps bouncing back and won’t go through, no way of contacting the company avoid at all costs! Delivery said 3-5 days and it’s absolutely not the case! Totally wasted my money

It was easy to order my goods. They arrived when expected and were of good quality. Team Bride were delighted with their sashes. Many thanks

Ordered some smoke bombs for a wedding. Was told these would be delivered within 5-7 working days. 14 days past and no update. Managed to find an email address and asked when these would be delivered, only to be informed that they were out of stock and my money would refunded within 2-5 working days.

14 days past and no refund. Emailed again and email was rejected. Emailed via website to no reply. Managed to find a telephone number via my credit card and only then did I receive my money back.

Extremely poor communication extremely poor customer service. Will not be using them again

Wish I had read previous reviews now. I ordered for express shipping - still hasn’t even been shipped out. Think they should be changing their delivery timescales as from my experience and sound of others they can’t stick to them.

Have not received my order yet placed 2 weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day delivery. No response yet to my follow up. But have received an email asking my review of my order!!

Don’t bother giving this company your money.

They have applied to be dissolved in 2 months.

Update 1/7/26 - parcel arrived miraculously an and very late considering I paid for express shipping. An item is missing and the others are of poor quality. Shameful company.

Update 4/7/26 - they have said they will refund shipping & the missing item. Will report back.

Dreadful experience will never use them again. - am still waiting for my goods to be delivered after 2 weeks and emails chasing! Don’t bother 🤬🤬🤬

Order placed on 4th June. Item not delivered, no communication at all. When emailing customer services get a reply back saying my email was undeliverable. So i guess i’ll be contacting my bank for a refund as you cant get hold of Ginger ray. Should of read others reviews before placing an order.

Appalling service - my delivery was 4 weeks late and I tried contacting them to ask for a refund and the email address bounced, it states it is an unrecognised email. I no longer want my order as it was for a party a week ago and the items arrived today so no longer needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

Don’t order from here - am assuming they have gone under but are still allowing orders to be placed. Placed my order almost a month ago, the item hasn’t even been dispatched and no one is responding to my emails. Looks like I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

Ordered on 22nd May and received a confirmation email, however since then I have had no updates.

I received an email asking me to leave a review and that they hoped I was happy with my order that I never received.

I’ve tried to chase up for an update via email and phone but have had no response at all. I’m so disappointed in this company and I wish I would have done my research first as all the reviews recently are awful.

I do hope I can get my money back, but with no response from the company it doesn’t seem likely. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have placed my order 24th of May, Recieved an email that they reciwved my order, no further email or update. My party is coming soon. I have been checking and contacting the merchant, no reply.
I could have check trustpilot first before placing an order. I don’t know my order will come or not!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still absolutely nothing! Paid for 3-5 working day delivery. I have tried to contact them 3 times via the website and nothing back. So frustrating.

I ordered an item on the 18th May 2026 for a baby shower on the 30th May. Paid for delivery which stated 5 to 7 working days. Still hasn’t arrived today 28th. Emailed the company and I’ve had a reply to say due to a warehouse move they are experiencing delays. This is very disappointing as it was for a special occasion.

I ordered a few items for my daughter's 1st birthday and none of it has been delivered. Almost 3 weeks since ordering now. Customer service is non-existent, can't get in touch with anyone or get a reply to contacting them via the website.
Absolutely awful and will be telling everyone to avoid like the plague!

Order was dispatched weeks after placing the order.

Customer support did not reply to my multiple emails asking when it was going to be shipped.

All the parties are over and the decorations are still making their way here.

Ordered never turned up...never replied to my emails! Very poor experience. Had to go via PayPal in order to get my refund and it looks like they never even responded to them! Terrible. Avoid.
