Wish I’d checked the reviews first. I ordered some items for my little girl’s birthday and paid for express delivery a week and a half ago, as we are moving soon. There’s no sign of my items, no dispatch email and no response from customer service via the email address supplied (it just bounces back) or the online contact form. I’m without my items and without my money, with no way of knowing what’s happened. Honestly, what a dire experience.

I’m very unhappy , my goods have never turned up and communication from this company is non existent.
Delivery company won’t deal with my enquiry they have referred me back to seller .
I feel I have been scammed of my payment !

Has this company gone into administration or something? No orders being fulfilled. No emails or comms are working. My order is 10 days late cant even get a refund or cancel order even though tracking says not packed yet. Will have to report is a fraud to my bank.

I paid extra for express shipping for my babies first birthday and our ten year wedding anniversary celebrations… I thought ten days would give us plenty of time… absolutely nothing. The customer contact phone AND email doesn’t work and no response to any requests done via the website either. Atrocious

Didn’t arrive on time even though paid for express shipping. Came 5 days later, after the party I ordered it for. Customer service didn’t respond to my email complaint regarding the charge for express delivery and then not providing the service I paid for

I placed an order on the 16th August and it was dispatched on the 20th August so I thought I would have received it a couple of days later. I selected InPost as the delivery option and they have been trying to deliver it to a locker now for 4 days without success. I have rang them and they wouldn’t let me change it to my home address and I have sent two emails directly to Ginger Ray to ask for the address to be changed and I have still not received a reply. If someone can please look into my order and tell me what’s happening that would be great. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on the 16th August paid for the 3-5 working day delivery and I’m still waiting on my order! It hasn’t been dispatched yet and I’m unable to speak to anyone to find out if or when my order will arrive. £18.20 is a lot when you’re trying to pay for a wedding and that money could have been used with another company who are actually reliable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never will I order from this company ever again. Shocking customer service.

Even giving a star feels too generous.

Oh how I WISH I'd have checked their reviews on this site before supporting a small business. If there is ever a reason people use Amazon, it's 'companies' like this.

Do yourself a favour, save your money and go elsewhere. Or better yet, just take your money and burn it, which is essentially what I've done.

Shocking company, and shocking they are still trading. They should be reviewed by Trading Standards.

A £25 refund would be nice. But, you know, I think at this point I'd settle for a closure of their business.

Same as all other reviews, no items received and no communication. It’s shocking that a company like this can even operate!

Bad experience all round, ordered decoration for daughter’s birthday 8 days before needed. Order still has not arrived 10 days later. Contacted customer service twice no reply. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!

I ordered some paper lanterns on the 6th July 2026.
Days later received an email on the 10th July telling me that the product was out of stock, I would therefore get my refund back within 2 to 5 days. It’s now 5th August, still no refund. I have sent numerous emails they now get bounced back!
The phone number gets cut off. So now taking it up with trading standards plus other measures to get my money back.
Dreadful company do not recommend Ginger Ray.

I only received 1 item out of an ordered 3 and when I emails customer services the email bounced back. So I’ve reported the transaction with my bank. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again

Very easy transaction to make, quick delivery and goods were as expected.

I purchased some decorations for a hen party three weeks in advance but they didn’t arrive in time, the company cited a change of warehouse. I then had to wait for almost a month for a refund with several emails back and forth, apparently an issue with the payment provider. However Rachel in customer services was most helpful in resolving this and I thank her for all her efforts. Wishing better times for the company who used to be so excellent

Dont think they deserve 1 star Order from Ginger Ray in may 15 still waiting for it to arrive July 14th , I've contacted them twice to see where it is and they have taken my money. I don't know why nobody has got back to me tried to call them just put the phone down.

Ordered 4 items, only 3 arrived, the missing 4th one was worth half the order value. Have contacted them via multiple routes including their website contact form, customer service email, and Instagram. Email bounces back with error message. No reply at all but yet I get constantly spammed with marketing emails and review requests. Will never buy from this place again.

Ordered two party backdrops for my engagement party on Saturday 11th July. Placed the order on Monday 6th with express shipping in the hopes that it would arrive within 1-2 days. By Friday 10th, still hadn’t received it, so I submitted a cancellation form as I wasn’t hopeful it would come in time. It’s now Sunday 12th and I never heard back and my order is still ‘being processed’.

Item was delayed in the warehouse due to a recent warehouse move. They then agreed to a refund on 22nd May.

I chased this on 5th June, on 8th June they said there was a temporary issue with the payment provider which is why there is a delay in receiving my refund. I’m still waiting for my refund as of 10th July.

It’s a struggle to get hold of customer support, they don’t reply on Instagram and the email bounces with this message:

When Office 365 tried to send your message, the receiving email server outside Office 365 reported an error. Action required: Policy violation or system error.

I ordered a product. Two days later they email to say that they don't have it and will refund me within 10 days. Ten days later, no refund. Further query, further promises but no refund arrives. I've now picked it up with the credit card company with whom I paid. I will never deal with them again.
