The problem with Gillette is the confusion of models that are constantly being updated and then when you go to buy refill blades you get confused as the supermarket only has older models and nothing fits.
It's all a mess...is it deliberate...I'm not sure.. but it's a pain and if you ask for help in the supermaket no one knows anything and they can't open the packaging to see what is compatible.
I've always used Gillette ...but today I decided to switch to Harry's. The end.

Kvaliteten og skarpheden er markant forringet. Mach 3-barberbladene er sløvere fra starten af og holder nu kun 2-3 barberinger. Før holdt de 5-7 barberinger. Det skete i løbet af sidste år. Jeg skifter mærke. Det er simpelthen for dyrt, når de holder til så få barberinger.

Buyer beware
Ordered two items, cost over £20, advertised with “free” gift. No gift when items arrived, contacted customer support who basically said it was my fault for not choosing a gift, I told them that I didn’t see the option when checking out and that I wouldn’t be purchasing anything else, they weren’t bothered one jot.
Rubbish customer service, buy your razors elsewhere.

then every 3-months ill get replacement blade cartridges it all shipped and arrived with in like a week so pretty fast shipping as well so far i have no complaints everything has gone smooth for me and customer service was great and responsive and fast at doing so as well ill update if needed later as time goes on and i get more experiance with this service
Gillette Fusion Mach 5 meget forringet skarphed
Undertegnede har i mere end 50 år brugt gillette for barbering og i de seneste år Mach 5 Fusion. Skarpheden er bare blevet dårligere, ved seneste køb allerede på anden barbering, var kvaliteten og skarpheden mærkbart dårligere, de plejer da at holde til 10 - 15 barberinger og i henhold til den høje pris er det vel at forlange, kvaliteten/skarpheden er helt sikkert forringet i de sidste år, så jeg forventer at skifte mærke, ved næste køb.

I received the Gillette labs heated…
I received the Gillette labs heated razor for Christmas from my parents and I noticed some defect on the handle I called them and they said because it is a gift they cannot warrantee it because there’s no proof of purchase. You can see by there that the customer service in warranty is really nonexistent and not available the way it should be. There’s too much competition out there and you don’t have to choose Gillette although the product itself is pretty good. If you’re trying to use the warranty don’t do it because it’s just a waste of time. they offered me 15% off another razor so that they can make another $175 since my parents just spent $200 so not very good customer support.

I used the shavers before and the blades are really hard to wash because it's so tightly packed together, expensive to change the blades and there have too many different versions. It's better if their blades are universal.

J'utilise les rasoirs Gillette depuis de très nombreuses années. Je suis très satisfait ! SAUF que je cherche des informations sur les nouveaux rasoirs ... on trouve mais parfois compliqué de faire les différences.
DE PLUS, quand on regarde les publicités de Gillette, on découvre le dernier rasoir proglide power ... et les promotions pour 16 lames par exemple, uniquement en France ! Mieux on propose le rasoir avec 3 lames ... en Belgique, même présentation, même prix mais juste 1 lame !!! Merci Gillette, c'est se moquer du monde d'où une seule étoile dans mon évaluation.

Gillette couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery. I've written to the company so many times and explained the situation over a dozen times and no-one at the company can read/interpret the written word. I shan't be repeating myself yet again here, but take my word for it, doing business with this company is a major drag and you'll not get what you want, or indeed, ordered.
Won’t be ordering again
Ordered a gift set for my dad. Received the item and the packaging was destroyed. Contacted customer service in which they told me they can give me a 20% refund for the item. This is not good enough when the item was brought for a gift! Sending the item back for a exchange would have taken a few weeks! So what I have had to do is buy my own box to put the gift in. This is ridiculous when I payed extra for a gift set !! Won’t be ordering again

Ordered items which on their website said would be with me in 3-5 days. Next day I found out the item was no longer in stock. I had ordered some gel (just so I could get free P&P). Asked if whole order could be canceled - told it would be. Only to find out they took the money for gel from my account. Why? (Yes they provided a returns form for the gel - but I don't live near a post office so would take more money in fuel to drive there than it is worth.

Vote with your wallets people! I am absolutely disappointed to know that you are using animal testing. and therefore this unnecessary and disgusting animal cruelty cannot be tolerated anymore! I have been buying your products for long time, but as soon as I got to know this, I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to cruelty-free. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general, you should be more considerate, then maybe more customers will come back.
