I am really disappointed with their service such a waste of time service they provide its around month no one delivered my gift to my family back home they took money in advance now not giving me refund as well. Bad service, no delivery, bad presentation/packing
I have used them 3 times, but each and every time there was one issue or the other.
* Ordered fruit basket but it was delivered in a newspaper wrap.
* Ordered mixed dry fruits, it was delivered in a plastic carry bag
* Ordered flowers twice, but was not delivered
* Ordered birthday cake, although it was delivered but late in the evening when the party was over.
* The recent order, was a birthday cake and flowers, nothing was delivered.
All 3 occasions were ruined because of delivery issues. I would suggest try to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed

After receiving complain of your first order, we refunded the items which were missing and replaced items as per confirmation received from you.
As per our investigation the dry fruits that were packed in plastic bags packed inside gift boxes and no complain received about the delivery.
For items that were not delivered in your 3rd and 4th order, full refund has been provided.
For this remote location, we are exploring how to improve our services.

We received the order from you at 9:14 PM IST on 14 May 2022, which is after the cut-off time to place the order.
We never promised any delivery within 2-3 hours after placing the order, as an order cannot be delivered in the middle of the night, unfortunately.
However, the Rs.150 you had to pay is a "CitySurcharge" for delivery to an interior location. That is not any charge for any express delivery.
Lastly, the amount has been refunded back to you on 17 May 2022 at 11:42 AM IST. Kindly check with your bank for further reassurance.

There was an issue with my order but once I shared the feedback, it was resolved pretty quickly. I have ordered from a lot of sites and have had bad experiences for which my feedback was not even acknowledged by those sites. So, I am really glad that gifts to India made an effort to listen and resolve my concern: I would definitely recommend them and will continue to order from them. Thanks.

Let down
The order comprised of flowers , cake and dry fruits. Only flowers were delivered. The update says all the three items were delivered. I rang the customer service and informed them. They suggested that the recipient should conduct a good search in the house , may be the cake is lying around somewhere!
They might or might not deliver the missed items but I felt sad and upset.
Good bye to GiftstoIndia and I hope to never use their service again.

Unreliable delivery partners
Ref Order number GTI2085883/2022. Partially due to the fault of delivery partners in India, the entire Mother's Day surprise got ruined. Placed order on May 1 hoping it will deliver by May 8. Apparently the package shipped on May 3 and it reached Ahmedabad on May 4. According to GTI, the delivery driver tries to contact the recipient and can't get hold of them even though I provided 2 different contact numbers. One update stated that there was no one available at location which is a false claim because its a business location which is open from 9am - 8:30pm. GTI has always been good in the past but not sure what has changed but their customer service is not the same anymore and hence this will probably be the last time I used them.

3rd grade service and business who does not know how to speak and the not aware of their delivery team.
Promises that they will deliver on specific time and when followed up they abuse.

Unprofessional and waster of money and time
No commitment at all, had ordered for valentine’s day and screwed up the whole thing by not delivering. Till night they were committing its enroute and finally didn’t arrive. They will not give you an option to order from somewhere else, promising they are going to deliver.
Next day messaging we are going to deliver in Feb 15th with a single word of apology. When we called them, they were so rude and saying they will check with delivery and provide resolution.
Unprofessional to the core and never ever go for them!!!. Total waste of money and time and will spoil your day.

Wonderful experience
Ordering is simple and the contact support team is wonderful. Immediate response from Representative Mr. Deepak and very polite. Only problem is we cannot write any extra words on cake. There is a limit of max 14 letters and we couldnt write Happy Anniversary. Otherwise service and products are wonderful.
