Been dealing with Paul Jones, who I have to say has been fantastic. Honestly one of the best first response correspondents, product support agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kept up to date via emails & responds well within 24 hours to any issues/queries raises. Just want to say thank you again to Paul and say that he is a fantastic attribute to your company. All the praise and looking forward to getting my lawnmower back.

I’m very disappointed with my experience so far. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks and still can’t use my machine due to ongoing issues with my order.
Initially, the surface cleaner was missing, which delayed things. Now I’ve received the wrong size washer, meaning I’m still unable to assemble the machine.
This has been frustrating and inconvenient, especially after waiting so long. I expected better attention to detail and a smoother resolution process.
I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible so I can finally use the

Fantastic customer service received - We bought a product through a retailer supplied by Genpower Ltd. Literally 2 hours later the price changed and reduced by nearly £50. Following a request to see if anything could be done, Jade contacted me within 1 working day and advised of a partial refund to cover the difference in the prices. What a great company to not only honour a fair request, but also the speed of the reply and service received. First time customer but will definitely be returning. Thank you Jade.
