Very pleased with our splashback
Very pleased with our splashback. Great selection of colours and easy ordering process, product was easy to fit too! Delivery was a little slow....seemingly due to volume of orders, an email advising of delay would have been useful.

Would like to hear back re compensation for stress, inconvenience and numerous time phoning to chase. Gutted
Update since genie reply.
I had been told that splashback was being dispatched on monday to be delivered on tuesday. However this wasnt the case and was dispatched wednesday turning up on thursday at about 3.30pm after kitchen fitter had finished. If expected date of tuesday had been met this would have been fine.

You placed your order on 29th May. As you are aware, we advise a 10-14 working day lead time for dispatch, making your dispatch day 19th June.
Your panels were dispatched on the 20th June. This is 1 day after the estimated dispatch time.
As you are aware, we manufacture everything in house. However, there was a problem with receiving the raw glass from our supplier. Once received, your order was progressed quicker to ensure we got as close to the dispatch time as possible.
I am sure that you understand that sometimes things can happen out of our control. This was one of these cases. However, we still believe that we provided a high quality, perfectly finished product that would be hard to replicate from any other company.
Furthermore, we believe that 1 day after the estimated dispatch day is not a sufficient delay to warrant compensation.

Kitchen splashbacks
Although delivery took longer than expected when contacted the delivery dates given were honest and no effort to hide the fact that the delivery was going to take that much longer. Once the splashbacks arrived the quality was obviously there, well worth the wait would recommend
I did find the navigation for purchase a little difficult to start with but that could be just me I would also suggest a link to the colour of sealant needed to match the panels if possible as an additional item required, the on line information sections were extremely usefull

From first contact to delivery I can do…
From first contact to delivery I can do nothing but praise the service we have received and the end product was better than we had hoped for. The kitchen splash back looks stunning and is the focal point of our new kitchen. The measurements I gave using the planning tool were matched perfectly and the two cut outs for the double sockets were in exactly the right position meaning that it was a simple case of connecting the wires up and fitting the socket face plate.
Communication was excellent and the glass splash back arrived safely and was so well packaged that there was little to no chance of any damage in transit.
I have no reservation in recommending Genie Splashbacks to anyone.

Excellent splashback
Excellent splash back I took a picture of my chopping board and sent it off. The colours were just the same and it looks great behind the induction hob. I highly recommend them.

Good product but some service glitches
Great website, great product and decent instructions once it arrived. The only bad point is the we were not automatically informed of the progress of production (which was delayed), dispatch and delivery. Response to email query was swift enough, but most places keep you informed of significant events - change in timescales, dispatch, and expected delivery date/time.

Staff were very friendly & helpful when I rang with a couple of queries. Ordering on line was totally straightforward. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule. Packaging was excellent, very happy with the product, easy to install.

Really well packed and excellent quality. Glad I ordered a samples first as the colour I thought I would choose l didn't as it looked a slightly diffetent shade to the one on the website.
Came with easy to follow instructions which I advise you to read thoroughly.
Did the cutouts myself which I was nervous about but kept double checking my measurements and they were a perfect fit.
So glad I went for these instead of tiles.
Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.
