A really good product...perfect size, great colour The only down side was the 2week wait.

Beautiful, quality product.

Only criticism to be aware of is that it wasn't clear to us at the ordering stage that you have to leave 2mm either side of the panel for expansion, so we had to cut this off ourselves before installation.

It looks stunning though and we've had great feedback...

After original misunderstanding regarding requirements, everything was put right extremely quickly and we now have a lovely splashback with the design exactly as we wanted.

We had samples from another company and went with Genie because their quality was obviously far greater. The service from online order to receipt was as easy as you could wish for. As for the end product? Amazing quality and attention to detail with unbelievable value. Had I paid more I would still have been happy!! Happy to highly recommend them and will go back again. Would of got 5 stars only they made us wait an extra week to be delivered

Excellent service and price,emailed Genie worried about useing a photo of our granddaughters on splash back,was in contact with Adrian and checked if any flaws he replied no problems,on that email we purchased splash back it took about 10days to arrive,on arrival it was packaged well on openning we were gob smacked, the quality was outstanding more than we expected couldnt stop looking at it,it is now on wall and looks amazing,thanks again to Genie Slashbacks on the price,communication,delivery and product.

Great online ordering tool, great product and easy to fit. Good range of colours and finishes. 3m max. length meant we could order one piece with no joins.
Small niggles making this 4 instead of 5 star:
Free samples would have been nice, eg. 4 free then pay if you want more?
Would have liked an estimated delivery date when I ordered, rather than just waiting for a despatch email the day before delivery.

Good friendly service and a good product.

Delivery took a little longer than expected ( i am only talking a few days) and communication was reactive rather than proactive( it was very prompt when i contacted them ) .

So why 5 stars , the panel is stunning , ordered a 2m long custom printed splash back for our kitchen and both the panel and the cut outs are mm perfect , and the quality of the printout exceeded all expectations and was a real wow moment when we unwrapped it ( arrived very well wrapped )

Prices are very competitive but the quality is unaffected (when cost checking with the competition a lot of the similar costing products are not scratch resistant or based in the uk so do check )

Would also recommend ordering some samples as I was sent a mix of scratch resistant and normal , in my tests both pan scourers or wire wool failed to mark the toughened sample ( has to resort to glass paper to get it to scratch) where the untreated marked under very light pressure with the wire wool (in nothing else i am a very through consumer )

Now wondering where else I can put the panels or may even get one printed to display on the wall

Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. The ordering was easy and how to measure explained well on the site.

We chose the glass look acrylic hard coated gloss finish eggshell blue & it looks fantastic
The product is excellent, the cut outs for sockets are really neat & no sharp edges & the edges of the panels are smooth also which makes them easy to handle
The customer service was excellent very helpful people, they even contacted me to double check one of my measurements ( just as well I’d made a mistake ) other companies would have just made them to my spec
Would definitely recommend Genie to anybody who’s is looking for a quality product

I haven't bought my splashbacks yet, but I certainly intend to! The samples I received look really nice - it's just deciding which colour at the moment! The customer service guy I spoke to was very helpful.
Just going to measure up now using the templates which you can download which seem to be very helpful.

Recommended retailer for splashbacks who were helpful via phone and email with my queries. I ordered acrylic pieces and 1 glass to go behind a gas hob. The fitting could have been better but that was down to my builders so I would recommend someone who has fitted splashbacks before - Genie quality is good.

Just finished fitting crystal white hard coated acrylic kitchen splash backs & glass panel for hob, they look great, excellent product & service, packaging superb.

This splashback behind the hob is great quality and was easy to fit. Delivery was as expected. Really happy with it, it finished off our kitchen revamp.

Beautiful glass , brilliant after service staff can’t do enough to help . I recommend Genie 100% thanx
