I placed and order and it was simply canceled. I'm not really sure why you are even asking me for a review when I order something, you cancel the order, I ask you to reorder it, then you proceed to do nothing. What would you expect?

P.S. Automatically canceling an order because the item is backordered or the color is not available is not appropriate. If there is a delay in shipping, you should notify the customer, not simply cancel the order and force them to reorder the item.

Not only my product have not arrived, but when I tried to get a tracking number or know more about my delivery, the response I got was "no way to tell when the airmail deliver"

As we explained previously, we ship out using Royal Mail Airmail to save costs, which are passed on. There is no tracking on this service, so we can't tell you when it will arrive. And as it has been less than 5 days since you ordered - and this is an international shipment from the UK to the Netherlands - we would not expect it to have arrived yet. Gavin is the best person ever. He made sure that the package arrived in record time and did everything possible to help me. He was honest and extremely quick at responding to me. Haven’t tried the product out yet but I’m sure from the reviews that it will exceed my expectations!

What innovative tools for the kitchen…
What innovative tools for the kitchen these pieces are, a very clever use of utensils that is practical and multi useful. These pieces allow my arthritic fingers to still be able to perform the requirements of preparing and cooking. I would recommend these products to all.
