I reactivated my membership that had expired several years ago. I opted to go with one month to "test it out" to make sure I was able to find enough info to warrant a subscription. I DID!!! So I immediately contacted customer service and had a very quick response. I was able to cancel that one month subscription and reactivate for one year for a great price! Tashua was extremly helpful in getting this done. I look forward to all the treasures and tidbits I will find in the upcoming year.

I have actually been using GenealogyBank for nearly a year. I live in Northern New York, and I am able to access the Watertown Daily Times, Watertown, New York, and have found numerous articles that are genealogy-rich in information. I have found articles in several other states as well. Although not all city newspapers are available, a good many are. Therefore, I am happily renewing my subscription. TFL.

I am very satisfied with my recent interaction with Genealogy.com. It was a dispute over being billed $200 for a two year subscription...that I never remembered signing up for. Their records showed it was for something (they showed) that'd I'd clicked for (but, after 2 years, I had no recollection of doing) (and besides, I'd never willingly sign up for a two-year subscription for anything!); Anyway, the kind folks at Genealogybank.com refunded my money, no hard feelings, and everything is fine.
I might do business with Genealogybank.com in the future, but not in 2 year blocks.

After I placed my order, I expected to receive a receipt for the order sent to my email. After several days, I called GenealogyBank and talked with Renee. She provided a copy of the receipt for my purchase and informed me that I should receive my order within two weeks of ordering it. Much to my surprise, the order arrived sooner than I expected. I actively research old news.com (owned by MyHeritage) as well as Newspapers.com (Ancestry) and Genealogy Bank definitely offers articles I cannot find on either one of those.
