Trash service and communication. Negative stars. Sell sh!t they know they don't have in stock and just make you suffer through them drop shipping the sh!t from China. Fugging terrible process and product. I thought the local markup was terrible until I dealt with this bullsh!t. I need to find a different company completely. Avoid at all cost.
Been using geek products for the last 6 months,
Lately the coils have been burning out at an alarming rate (No fault of my own)
Customer service was poor wouldn’t refund coils or tank as it’s a few weeks out of the eligible time for the tank & now they keep terminating my online chat refuse to talk worst customer service EVER if you get Kevin good luck he’s useless

I ordered a Geekvape H45 Classic from Geekvape thinking it would be best to order from the company that makes the vape ….well that was the worst decision to make.
This company is awful to deal with all around with purchase and return!!
After my order went through I was waiting for a bit to see when vape was going to be shipped so I reached out to geekvape and I was told I did a pre order which I DID NOT DO !! I was then told vape was a week out then it would be delivered, I waited then they told me it would be another two weeks, it kept changing so when I was on my forth chat of the day I asked if I decided that I didn’t want to wait two more weeks could I cancel all of a sudden I get a text saying order canceled via text on my phone, I was still on chat with them so I asked why was my ordered cancelled the girl said Oh I thought you wanted to cancel, I said no I asked if I decided to cancel
Via chat the girl then said you can order another one like what the heck I asked when I would get my refund she said 3-4 business days well it’s been over a week and I have not seen a refund
I have email everyone I have been told to and also via chat and I’m only get the run around, all that being said Don’t BUY ANYTHING from geekvape ever!!

Mod (Aegis Max100) stopped taking a charge after 5 months. I only ever used the provided charging cable per the initial instructions. Contacted customer support to troubleshoot the problem and they insisted I upload a video putting a new battery in the mod and plugging it in. Not a battery issue, charging port issue. After sending the video using a brand new battery, they wanted another video with more batteries being put inside (batteries aren't cheap, I don't have handfuls of new batteries lying around). I assured them once again it was not a battery problem and the first video should have sufficed since I did what they asked. Ultimately, they just kept closing the chat on me, over and over again. I wasn't rude or nonresponsive, I was just trying to clarify why they needed more information when I already sent them what they asked for. "Kevin" & "DJ" were extremely unprofessional, I wasn't asking for a replacement, I was asking for help to troubleshoot and possibly fix the mod. I won't ever be buying anything GeekVape in the future, these reviews confirmed this isn't the first time they've treated their customers with the utmost disrespect. Wish I read the reviews on this site before I spent the amount of money I have so far with them.

I have always found GeekVape products to be of very high quality, aesthetically pleasing and, generally, of a higher standard than other companies in the vaping world.
Their customer service, however, is shockingly bad.
Having discovered an issue with my Zeus tank, which occurred within the warranty period, I cheerfully contacted their customer service expecting the issue to be resolved quickly and have a replacement sent swiftly on its way.
This was not the case.
I was asked for 5 photos, including evidence of the tank not working on other mods and other tanks working on my mod; I felt that should be evidence enough.
Clearly not, as I was then asked for video evidence of the previous scenarios.
Then I was asked for a purchase receipt, invoice or order summary - fine, but I'd already given that.
Then I was instructed to give the security code on the original box - clearly, I'd disposed of that as there's no indication I would require it in the future (nor should there be), I then needed to argue with the CS rep before begrudgingly being told a supervisor might be able to allow my claim without it.
The whole process took 2.5 hours!
I am now left waiting for approximately 30 business days for a replacement (of any colour, apparently that can't be guaranteed) tank - I'm not holding my breath that this will ever materialise.
A dreadful experience, terrible customer service.

Is this Geek bar? I can't tell. For the sake of not having to waste anymore time here's a cut and paste of what I have sent them via a message on messenger.
ME: I have had three of your standard geek bar vape things. the second one wouldn't stop flashing, got hot, smoking itself out both ends.
the first and third lasted a very short time. put it this way I only had both 48 hours. I haven't smoked since 2008. I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about so only used in the evening very liberally. I have asthma so hardly used and tiny drags.
there's no way there's 600 puffs 🤣 what a crock. That's £15 and in total about 40 puffs between them.
I want my money back or three better replacements directly from you.

I don't live my life on the internet so won't be contacting them more than once just because they request it of me. Next I call consumer services the old fashioned way because it works. Also I'm going to love exposing the lack of vape and false advertising and GET out claims such as " it runs out when it runs out. That's how you know!" Okay but why did it run out? " For several reasons. The main one being you dragged too hard" I see,but I must have been dragging for one continuous length of time because I only bought it two minutes ago!

Sent me a faulty mod and now have the audacity to tell me to wait 25-35 days after fighting me for a week on THEIR piece of trash product. Based on what I'm seeing here, I likely won't be getting the replacement at all. Been a steady Geek Vape client for almost 4 years, but I'll be taking my business somewhere else. A company is only as good as its customer service and the fact that they willingly sent a defective mod and will not replace it speaks volumes. Did not work IMMEDIATELY after taking it out of the box. They requested videos of the issue and when the videos were sent, they dropped contact for days at a time. Never again with Geek Vape, they are a joke.
I bought this Geek vape thinking if I got a little better quality one, maybe I would have better luck with it than the cheap ones that only last until they need charged.But I was wrong! In no time it started reading 'no atomizer' and no matter what I do, thats what it says.If you ask me, all of them are put together way too fragile and can't take any useage.And this geek vape is so complicated with all the different numbers, and wattages, I guess thats what W stands for,you're suppose to preset it for your last hit,and change the power, blah blah blah....I don't want a lesson in rocket science, I just want a hit off the vape! Thats all! I don't want to go to school to learn how! I'm done with all of these kind of vapes.They're useless! I've got 2 brand new carts, and 5 different vapes in front of me and I can't get a hit! Nothing will work! And I live way out in the country and can't smoke either cart. The Geek vape won't read neither one! I'm done with them.
I am very disappointed with Geek vapes customer service. I purchased the GEEKVAPE L200 Classic back in March of 2023 and within sixty days, it malfunctioned. I was told by the manager where i purchased it from (Create A Vape in Mesquite, Tx) to contact the manufacturer and request a replacement mod. I reached out Geek Vape and got all the necessary information to return it to, and what the process involved. They told me it would take about a month for this to get completed, and another one sent out. Fast forward two months later, and i have not received anything, nor will they respond back to the constant IM's i have been sending them. This is no doubt very upsetting, and discouraging.
At this point, i don't even want the mod anymore, i just want my money back.
IF IT BREAKS, THEY WONT REPLACE IT, NOR REFUND YOU.
I wish I can give them a half a star because I bought the sonder and you from them and then my product start malfunctioning I spoke to someone and customer service at geek vape and they never sent me a new mod which they said they would they gave me a tracking number and I tracked it it said that it was at my local postal service but once I gave them the numbers it wasn't there geek Vape does not respect their customers does not respond to their emails nor are their customer service adequate so geek Vape is a starter Vape company and I would never use a starter company ever again, so geek Vape is the worst Vape company I've ever dealt with again and they don't ever have to worry about me using them again.
I was hesitant after reading reviews about people not receiving their items. But I contacted customer service a couple times after my order because it was a pre-order and I was worried it wouldn’t actually come. They responded quickly and were very helpful. My order came as planned and works perfectly! I now have the cutest durable pink vape I always wanted! No complaints! I love it!
Almost a year now I have been waiting for my warranty replacement mods. Battery compartment cover would not screw in on 2 identical mods bought at same time. After about 6 months of them saying they don't have them and constantly asking if I will accept a different mod (everything I said yes). They have just ghosted me. I would never buy from them again, and have had the same issue with other mods I have purchased by geek vape. Scammers who like to take money from North Americans.
What started as a reputable company and quickly rose through the ranks of the vaping world has quickly fallen from that expectation.
Cheaper parts, customer service non existent, warranty will only work under certain circumstances. So many problems at geekvape at the moment? Can they recover? If only they could read the room and see how badly the customer service is rather than posting the same generic message to everyone would be a start. The low ratings are warranted for this company I'm afraid.
My advice to avoid the faulty devices/parts is rethink your purchase, geekvape is no longer at the top of the vaping chain, alot more companies have started overtaking them in the vaping world.

I have been using my geek for about 1 and a half years and probably would have been cheaper to smoke ( not healthier!!!!! ) . I am going through at least 1 coil every 3 days, this week I have gone through the hole packet, my record is 8 in 1 week and I am now on my second one today. I have spoken to my supplier and they have been brilliant (free stuff and advice) but haven't solved the problem. I have had enough and am changing my kit to another company, don't waste your money.

My vape died in under two months in a spectacular way. The smoke shop never gave me a receipt, so even though they told me the things the vape was doing was internal and a problem with the vape, I'm SOL. Not even a discount. In fact, they said sorry and closed the chat.
