It's good.

After buying quite a few different vapes that broke when I dropped them or wore out fairly quickly I bought a Geekvape. It's still working a year later which is a record for me. It's sturdy and very well engineered. The batteries (bought separately) are replaceable and it comes with spare parts as well which was very helpful.

Does not stand by products

Puchased a Geekvape ONE four months ago. First pod burned up on my first breath. Ordered two 3 pack replacement pods over the ensuing 4 months. 4 of those 6 did not last a week before burning up. Customer service basically said "Sorry, your problem, not ours". Lousy quality. Abjectly horrid customer service. Will never use this company again. Do not recommend.

Awful customer service system

Awful customer service system. Bought two vapes, neither worked. Waited two months for a replacement. Replacements didn't match original product and was told we can't return them again and there's nothing they can do. I liked this companies vapes for awhile but nothing can be done I guess if you can't order what you want.

Ok service

I ordered a vape from the online store and there was a small delay in the shipping because part of the order was on back order and I wasn't aware. Partially my fault I guess but it didn't mention this anywhere, I contacted customer support and they were able to send me the vape before the extra coils for 5.00 came in about 5 days. The quality of the vape is good.

Don't buy any products!!

I bought a mod, 2 weeks later one of the pins below the tank got stuck down. After 2 months of emailing everyday, they did send me an upgrade. 3 months later the top of the mod came flying up and hit me in the face while trying to use it. I contacted warranty. Today i get an email stating that they only give out 1 replacement, and this "replacement"; which has a full warranty, is out of warranty.

Utterly appalling customer support

Utterly appalling customer support, tried to warn them of dangerously faulty products, I never spoke to the same 'name' twice in an email. Completely automated responses and then they wanted me to make video`s of myself using their faulty products when I had warned them of dangers??? wth?

Company's been run into the ground

8 Year geek vape user exclusively.
This Company has been run into the ground and I will never purchase or recommend any of their products again.
Go back to your roots and try to regain what made you successful.

Just another scam company

Just another scam company. 3-5 working days they advertise. Paid for expedited shipping for quicker service and still not delivered. Check tracking and it was sent the cheapest rate coming from China. Order from a USA warehouse? Lol Zero customer support. Stay away will most likely have to chargeback

Leider total schlechte Qualität

Leider total schlechte Qualität. Nach einigen Monat war die total hin und sonst gibt es auch ständig Probleme mit den Pods sodass dir der heiße liquid in den Mund spritzt. Auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

AVOID

I think this has to be a first for me..

Being completely ignored by a companies customer support department.

I've been using smok for years and thought it was time for a change, I'd always wanted to see what geekvape was all about and my trusty smok setup had given me well over 7 years use just replacing batteries and coils.

I honestly wish I'd never bothered.

Ordered the T200, plus the zeus v2 tank, a pack of coils and a new bubble glass as the 2ml UK version is far too small to use daily.

So.. The coils.

2x came with the tank and 5 in a new pack.

I'm on the my second to last coil within a couple of weeks. This is the only one which has lasted past 2 days.

And when I say they burnt out instantly, I mean with zero warning went from vaping to gulping a lung full of the most rechid burning chemical taste ever, it was that harsh it felt worryingly dangerous.

The coils don't look burnt, but after they've dry burned like that they are completely ruined.

Each coil lasted roughly two days, and that's with me taking the wattage down to 40!!

I mailed geekvape asking them for their input before the reviews started going live.

Completely ignored...

I followed up with another email letting them know I was pissed.

Guess what no reply again.

I came here to see what other people were saying and I'm shocked at how bad it is...

Then the typical badly reviewed companies they send out the typical response, usually saying they have no record of the customer or asking us to get in touch with customer service blah blah blah.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOESN'T EXIST SO STOP REPLYING TO REVIEWS KNOWING FINE WELL WE CAN'T RESPOND TO YOUR LIES.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

So the only response after 4 months is on trust pilot with that old familiar generic response of needing more details to authenticate accounts, no reply to any of my emails, not asking for my details associated with the purchases, all the tell tale signs of damage control for those reading reviews, zero action

Prepare for aggravation

I have been vaping since 2010. I have been a customer for geek vape for at least the last 2 years. Today for the first time I needed a replacement for a pen that I bought 10 days ago. So of course I contacted customer service via a chat bot where I was informed I have to take videos proving that a the pen is charged which I did that I have replaced cartridges which I did to show me trying to draw and get anything out of this pen which I did. At which point I was told now I have to send them the link so they can review it to see whether the pen is defective. All of this to get a replacement for the very first time in 2 years? This is unacceptable. This isn't customer service. This is customer. We got your money now leave us alone. Geek vape you are not the only people that sell vaping supplies wake up!!!

I ordered a nano vape n 2 coils
Never received- then got message from usps that they confiscated it due to counterfeit postage
And will not send- its there’s now
If they were a decent company they would resend to keep a customer

Leaks

Leaks, constantly comes up with "New Coil" and wont work. Badly designed compared to others we've used. Had for 3 weeks now and just use as a backup only..

Customer service is so bad

Customer service is so bad. They asked me same questions 2 rounds. I bought originally leaking product. At the next day of use i started my conversation. In the first message i explained the whole problem and the part i have problem with. Then its just same questions in term of 1 month of emailing each other, they reply by just PreSet messages. Not a real reply. Then i sent them my address and all information, they finally answered that the product im trying to get support is not covered! Worst customer service.

UPDATE: They said they dont have a replacement but i received an upgraded version of product by mail today. No notification of that was sent. Updated rating to 4 because of customer service communication still need work.

I have 5 various models and have never…

I have 5 various models and have never had any issues with them. Coils are best bought from your local store as amazon bought coils can be hit and miss, also you must prime coils correctly or they can burn out fast. Geekvape products come with plenty of spare silicon rings and are of the highest quality,in over two years I’ve only had one leak that was caused by one silicon seal hardening from heat generated by daily use, so buy yourself a twin or quad charger to avoid damage to your charging port, also when you replace a coil don’t use force when screwing your tank back together as the silicone seals get crushed and will leak. So just a bit of common sense will go a long way. Sorry some of you had bad experience with these fine and well made products as mine have been EXELLENT so far. Geekvape products rock 10/10 stars.

Customer service absolutely sucks

Customer service absolutely sucks. Contacted them via their website chat service about a defective battery door on my L200 and the representative argued with me about whether they sent a link I hadn't seen because I was busy taking a video of the problem, as they requested, rather than actually helping me with the problem.

Very slow to send

As others have said, their company is a scam and the customer service is awful - been waiting 2 months for a replacement and dealing with customer service staff who keep fobbing me off. Please don’t waste your time and money on this company

Update : replacement was actually eventually sent so 2 stars added
