Crap Shoot Disposable Will Work

When you get a disposable vape that actually works, they’re lovely. Unfortunately, I have had the recent experience of buying multiples and having less than 50% work more than 2 days. Their warranty process is 14 days and you have to start with the company you bought it from who jerk you around for two weeks and then both companies tell you you’re out of warranty. Here in CA you can’t buy these from a storefront anymore so you’re really at the mercy of the company’s ethics and Geek Bar’s ethics are terrifically sub par. I’m going back to Flum and I would suggest trying that company. Never had a single disposable not work from that company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Talked to multiple people in the same thread. Sent everything they asked including videos and still was asked to send more. Returned product back to their warehouse in San Lorenzo, Ca with the address and name they gave to me in the email only to email saying they’re in the Philippines. What a joke. Oh, and I can’t even view their website anymore after clicking a link they also sent me in the same thread. Never again. Do not buy from them!

My new best friend

Just bought my second Geek Vape. I'm quitting reg cigs and was a chain smoker. Lasted me all month with heavy use. ( I use reg setting) Even after it hit 00 vape left I could still hit it for a few days. Excellent product.

perfet for 2 week and then DEAD, when you contact customer service they want you to send them SOO MUCH information that they make it imposible to return or exchange the item... clever tactic but they will lose customers faster than they gain them and they dont give a shit.

2 mail envoyé pour demander la réparation de ma Geekvape Aegis qui a l'écran qui ne s'allume plus.
J'ai bien précisé que j'en étais à ma 3eme Geekvape Aegis acheté. Elle tienne généralement 3 ans ce que je trouve correct. J'ai 5 clearomisers Zeus Nano Z et donc j'achète des résistances geekvape. Mon modèle actuel est en train de rendre l'âme mais ça fait à peine 1 ans que je l'ai acheté. J'ai expliqué mon cas, ma fidélité envers la marque, une copie de la facture d'achat, une photo pour attester du problème. Mais AUCUNE réponse. Même pas pour me dire qu'il refusait la réparation. Bref j'irais acheté mon matériel auprès d'une autre marque. La fidélité n'est pas récompensé. Je vape depuis 2006 je ne suis pas un nouveau consommateur.

Terrible customer support

Well I got a wenax stylus device of theirs and worked fine for about a week and a half before it started just not hitting not holding a charge anymore it leaked out of the bottom and spit out of the top. And after 2 and a half weeks of owning it they won’t live up to their 90 day warranty because it’s “general wear and tear that just happens over time”. So apparently about 18 days is too long of time to have have of these and get a replacement. Even the customer support was terrible it took them at least a day or two for each response. Even if u watch a YouTube review and they talk good about it, their rly just doing it for the free clout they get I hope nobody else makes the mistake of going with geekvape that I did.

GeekFlop AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’d give this company negative stars if possible , absolute joke of customer service if you do have a mod fail , owned there z100c ( there most expensive device ) and was offered a 30$ mod for replacement after 2 weeks of emails with them . They didn’t wanna accept the fact there mod messed up and just wanted me to take a huge loss and settle for it . They can keep there junk . I won’t buy another product from here ever again

Since I can't give zero stars, they unfortunately get more than deserved with 1 star. Do not waste your money on GeekVape. They knowingly build faulty products and their customer service is trained to do anything except provide customer service. Much better choices available from much better brands that stand behind their product. Built in China. No wonder it's garbage

my new Geekvape got defective in the first 14 days.
i went to their website and after 3x 2h support session i still didnt recieved my replacement...
they always say they busy and i will receive in the next 48h a email for my replacement. never got an email and its now over 1 month

Didn’t even last 2 months

Bought a geek vape L200 mod kit & it didn’t even last 2 months. Today it kept showing 2 bars on the second battery, even when I switched batteries. When I hit it, it would stop & say overheat after a second or two. Disappointed to say the least!!

Way too slow fulfilling orders timelyhat a waste of my time and money

What a waste of my time and money. I ordered atomizers. USPS tracking reflects the shipping label was created, awaiting item. GeekVape staff use the excuse that delays are being caused for USPS due to weather. Post Office doesn't have order yet per their site. Three weeks later GeekVape staff say item was overlooked because of their peak season. I don't CARE for excuses. Stop taking orders/money if you can't fulfill timely. Website states 3-5 days. I wasn't aware this order was coming from some basement in China. Clarify shipping time lines on website.

My terrible geek vape

This is my 2 one I got in geek mode I would not get this again it is a piece of crap. It leaks their coils are bad. I would much rather pay a little bit more and get a different brand. I just want one that works definitely and it’s like if you go to the stores the vape store you might as well forget that because most of them are either gonna be recalled which I’ve run into that and you can’t find the coils, so I started getting more expensive ones order online and they are great so don’t deal with these stores in town. They don’t care.

geek vape is complete rubbish

geek vape is complete rubbish. ive had three of their products, which cost approx 80 quid including batteries. the latest problem with their product was 'atomizer short' on a brand new tank!!!! ive had so many problems before this, and their support is rubbish. Ive just thrown all three 80 quid vapes into the rubbish bin, as i just dont have the patience anymore. i think the people making and selling geek vape are pure evil and i wish them all to froad. save your money ....

Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice

Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Mein Gerät ist defekt und man muss etliche Informationen übermitteln. Und das immer wieder und wieder. Ein neues Gerät habe ich nach 20. Mail immer noch nicht erhalten. Werde definitiv den Hersteller wechseln. Einfach eine Frechheit.

Warranty is a joke

Purchased in December 2023, started leaking inside itself a month later. Contacted support for a replacement. Finally got approved for the replacement a month after starting the ticket. They said it would take 30-45 business days to receive but after 2 months, I emailed again. They said they had a backorder & would be out soon. They sent a tracking number (China post) but now another 2 months later, still no replacement. Customer support could only say that a supervisor will call me tomorrow. I won't be holding my breath...horrible support.

I'll never order from geek vape online again

I made an order to buy a geekvape vaping device And they have the order number and when it was ordered and everything, I've taken a snapshot of all. I try to get a hold of the support department they say this is only for warranties through chatting online because there's no other way of getting a hold of them and they said that this is the warranty department we can't help you with finding your order you'll have to email sales... And of course you can only get a hold of sales through email... So doesn't that seem shady??... They have no problem taking your money but if something like this occurs it's a pain in the ass to find out where your order is or even if they've sent it, so I downloaded the app they want me to download to track my order... And it says order not found but I try to get a hold of someone and they say in a big loop that sorry this is the warranty department and then they send you a link to download the app to find your order, when I ordered on the 18th of April of 2024 and today is now the 30th of April of 2024... I checked my bank account they've taken my money... I want to know where the product is... I don't recommend ordering through geek vape online at all, If you want a vape literally go to a vape shop and pick it up yourself I never recommend order a vape online. This is the most terrible issue I've had to deal with, they might make good equipment but they're a pain in the ass to try to deal with online

Awful customer service!

Here, I am rating the customer service which was awful for my personal experience. Unfortunately my Wenax M1 got broken after the free-return period was expired and hence I had to go with the legal warranty. Many e-mail and replies, many days and finally Amazon solved the problem once I shared with them the e-mail exchange with their customer support.

I bought a Wenax M1 and the product worked well, before got broken. It is cheap (€15) compared to others e-cigarette on that market segment and also the atomizers are cheap (€12 x4). Overall, I think that they are providing competitive products as long as customers can rely on the seller for the device legal warranty which in Europe is 2 years for final customers.

Then way 1* review just for the customer service? The legal warranty is an important part of the product value and in my case 77% of it. Unfortunately, Amazon suggests to contact the Geekvape's customer service when the issue is covered by the legal warranty.

The Geekvape's CS could have addressed my request in a very simple way: please, check with the seller before and explain how to reach them using the Amazon website. Many people buy from Amazon, not few. That kind of suggestions should be included into a FAQ with the first CS answer.

A Customer Service is the first point of contact but not necessarily those who solve the issue but delivering valuable information. On the other hand, they should be the last resort for those did not find any other way to address the issue. They failed in both - informing and solving - and they upset me.

IMPORTANT - To support you and to provide you the legal warranty the customer service asks for the codes that are printed on the paper-box. Moreover, it will ask you also to scratch below the QR code for providing the hidden serial number. However, under the foil layer, it is printed the same serial number that can be read from the QR code, at least in my case. Hence the hidden code provides zero security protection because it does not add any information.
