Writing this as dealing with them is like banging your head against the wall, my device started to fall apart after just regular use, I messaged them, sent a video about the issue, gave them a copy of the receipt, explained that I didn't have the box to get the code from, but they replied asking for it again, I think I've told them three times now that I don't have the box, it's as if they can't read, or don't bother. Also asking me for a code from the side of the device... THERE IS NO CODE ON THE DEVICE!! Never was, and it was bought from a legit seller in the UK. Just a bit annoyed, but as it was a fairly cheap vape, I'll go buy another one.. but from a different brand, I wouldn't recommend their products after this. Since when did you need the box to get the serial number for a device, it should be on the device, they claim there's a code on it which is nonsense, they don't even know their own products. I thought all products by law are meant to have a years warranty.

I placed an order back in June, they said that my order was ready sent me a tracking number and that tracking number consistently said that it was waiting for the package. So I contacted geek bar and had no response numerous times. First contact was by email then I tried phoned several times someone did finally answer but then they hung up on me and never answered again.
I have so many emails back and forth once they finally decided to start responding. They told me that they were out of one of the items I purchased. And this had been 3 weeks since I received the tracking number. I told them what they could replace it with and didn't hear back from them for about another week when I was finally able to get in touch with them again.
No mind you they said only one item was out of stock at that time they put my order at the back of the pile instead of making it a priority. So finally a month it's a full month and they say that they're shipping my order. I'm like okay are you shipping all of it minus the one that you said you was out of stock for. So they send me a list of what they are supposedly shipping me. I received three out of like the eight flavors that I ordered. Then they tell me that they're going to refund my money for the other items that they didn't ship. I still have yet to see that hit my account. I would order someplace else or go someplace else to pick these items up rather than ordering through geekbar.com! It said my order was shipping on June 30th I just received it today.

I had issues with my brand new aegis legend 3 geekvape right out the box. I sent them videos and my personal data. They approved my warranty in May this year, but for over 3 months now they have been lying to me and never honored the warranty in any kind of way.
edit: They sent my replacement tank two weeks before my warranty expired, so five to six months after warranty approval, with no communication for 3 months. I’ll give a couple of stars, but this felt like a very fishy tactic. The tank isn’t even the same color or model as the original, but at least it works well.
This was the most expensive vape I could possibly buy in my region, and since then I’ve just gone back to smoking cigarettes, so I can’t really rate durability or longevity.

Their shipping sucks ! States US warehouse but 2 fricken weeks and still don’t have device ! This is the very LAST chance Geek vape has with me ! I will no longer use their vapes ! Ya blew it GEEKs there are better companies that can at least mail a fricken box right !
Geek Vape is like EVERY last other vaping manufacturer: expensive poorly designed and poorly functioning junk which makes vaping a joke. They're into money, not vaping.
"Let me tell you about Geekvape and their Aegis Boost – or, as I like to call it, the 'Aegis Bust.' I bought this device thinking I was investing in something durable and reliable, given the 'Aegis' name and all the hype. Boy, was I wrong! From day one, it was a comedy of errors. The pod leaked like a sieve, turning my pockets into a sticky, vape-flavored mess. The battery life? Don't even get me started. It lasted about as long as a politician's promise.
But the real kicker came when it just stopped working. No warning, no flashing lights, just dead. So, naturally, I reached out to Geekvape, hoping for a simple warranty replacement. What I got instead was a runaround worthy of an Olympic marathon. They asked for photos, videos, proof of purchase, a blood sample, and probably the secret family recipe while they were at it. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally told me, with a straight face, that the issue was 'user error.' User error? I plugged it in and tried to vape! Apparently, I'm doing it wrong.
So here I am, out of pocket and with nothing but a useless piece of plastic and metal to show for it. Geekvape doesn't stand behind their products, and their customer service is a joke. If you're thinking about buying an Aegis Boost, do yourself a favor and light your money on fire instead. At least that way, you'll get some warmth out of it. Avoid Geekvape like the plague unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration."

I purchased their most expensive kit, but the tank has been leaking since day one, and nothing can be done about it. The batteries charge and discharge at different rates on all their Legend 3s. Paint flakes off on its own, even without using the unit...go figure. My unlock sensors still work, but based on other reviews, they probably won’t last more than a month. Coils are hit or miss. The tanks are some of the worst on the market, so buying one from another brand is a must. Their support is useless...doesn't read messages and feels like clueless AI or non English speakers. The design looks good, but it's not recommended for any vapers unless you want to stay greasy & fiddle with it all night long. Hopefully, serious companies will start manufacturing soon.

2 days ago I purchased my geek vape boost. First off I did not realize I was getting an updated version of the on me I wanted. So when I got home to get it going I was really disappointed, their new menu screen it's too much work just to vape. I don't like it it's not easy to use for people like me I just want to fill up my vape select my strength and go I don't want to have to go and pick a mode or any of that crap. Actually had to go back down to the vape shop and have them get it started for me because I couldn't figure it out. Now it's been 2 days and it leaks. There's so much vape juice coming out of that knob that opens the airway. The pot is that what it's called the part that holds the juice falls out so easy. I've been through so many Vapes in the last 3 months and by far this is the worst purchase. And this is definitely the worst purchase for a geekvape in the last 6 years. This used to be my favorite brand but I was sick of the atomizer breaking so I went with a different brand that one so I went with a different brand and didn't like that one dies so fast I was like okay I'll just go back to the heat plates the wrong choice. And I never knew what these reviews meant when they talked about the flavor profile that I get in now because you don't get the full flavor like this either very muted compared to my other ones. And it also dies pretty quickly as well. The only thing I like about this is the color and how you fill it. If I could give this vape a 0 out of 5 Stars I would do it. I'm sure I'm going to spell the model wrong way I don't even know how you pronounce it. Aegis pretty sure that's what it's called and like I said it's the new one not the old one I bought this on March 11th 2025 from Pueblo Colorado. I really hate the screen I really hate it I'm trying to figure out how much battery life I have on it and all I see is the smoke little gif video thing. I'm so frustrated with this purchase. I literally just read this sucker up and it's almost empty now that's how much juice I lost out of the back slot. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it got cracked with how many times that little babe juice holder has hit the floor because it just pops out so easily.
Even though I was able to provide PROOF that the item never reached me and was returned to sender, they try to pretend they are a large company that is so successful in business they can only use automated response with worthless automated answers . Their practices are unethical which is why they have almost zero stars (if you consider that every company gets at least one star to begin with). I have proven to them that the item has been returned and contacted USPS as they insisted upon. USPS says there is nothing more to do as the item was returned to sender.
had a Geekvape aegis pod for 3 or 4 years and was very pleased with them .Now they have been discontinued and the new AP2 has been launched.
Don't bother 😌. What a nightmare I have been emailing for 3 or 4 days now .There aftercare team just keep repeating the same questions and add a new question,another request and the same questions.Send video clip !!! done .Then ask for all the previous questions and a laser code number which is very hard to even see .Really felt they were just trying to grind me down ,which they did .Will never deal with them again. As for the Aegis pod 2 ( ap2).They have gone backwards. Awkward refill point and worked for 3 week then just stopped. But the aftercare service was horrendous.
Long time customer lost .
Bought a Sonder U as my mate had recommended it as a great replacement for getting a similar vape style to disposable ones, which always seemed much nicer than any refillable vapes I had. The Sonder U was pretty good but after 6 months it has started to give up the ghost. Likely due to woefully leaky pods, the suction sensor for starting the vape is now intermittent at best, and when it does work it continues burning even after suction has stopped. This is likely due to leaky pods getting fluid on the sensor. I'd happily try to fix it myself but it's a sealed unit that cannot be opened for inspection without breaking it permanently. So I'm stumped now with a poor quality product. It might be a silly analogy but all I can think is, if society was able to engineer airtight submarines and space shuttles almost a century ago, it's frankly embarrassing that a company in the 2020s cannot create a rudimentary product that is safe from leaks or sensor damage. Tacky, low quality product.
Laughable customer service and products. Selling faulty products and now having a law suit pending regarding faulty dangerous products. DONT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!
Eine Schande was für Dreck auf den Markt gebracht wird. Geek Vape Z. Welcher Grenzdebile hält es für eine gute Idee einen Verschluss zu machen der mit leichtem Druck auf geht. Vape ist dazu da um mobil benutzt zu werden. Aber mit dem dummen Verschluss der sich leicht in der Hose öffnet, läuft ständig das teure Liquid in der Tasche aus. Wieso wundert mich nicht dass es wieder ein billig Produkt aus China ist.
1 star is too good as I can't leave 0 stars. My geekvape exploded on me and caused 3rd degree burns. I got in touch with geek vape. They wanted proof of everything. I sent them proof of receipt, burns to my stomach, video of remains of vape, pics of it too. They asked me for all this proof. They now asking for other proof. They will not accept responsibility for a faulty product they sold. All I would say is totally avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is atrocious.
