Great diagnostic centre! The service was excellent and very efficient. I came along just to keep my wife company and hadn’t planned on getting any tests done myself as I was short on time. However, when we arrived, I asked at the reception if it was possible to get some blood work done on the spot. They offered me several suitable options, and within just 5 minutes, I had already finished the blood draw. I was really impressed with how quick and professional everything was. Highly recommended!

I had a really positive experience at this diagnostic centre and would definitely recommend it.

The ladies were very professional, friendly and welcoming. They managed to arrange an appointment for me on the very same day. I was also running quite late, but they were still very understanding and saw me without any issue. To make things even better, when I got lost and couldn’t find the place, one of them actually came outside to meet me!
The ultrasound examination was done very thoroughly and without any rush. I really appreciated how carefully everything was checked and how much time was taken to make sure everything was properly examined.
The location is also quite convenient, not too far from Waterloo.
A little tip for anyone who might have trouble finding it, as I did: it is located inside a fairly large building called Medical Rooms. Go inside the building and take the stairs down on the left-hand side.

Excellent diagnostic centre! Great service — I called in the morning and they were able to see me the very same day and quickly resolve my issue. They offer a very wide range of tests, and everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them!

I have visited this diagnostic centre several times, and the service has always been of a very high standard. The nurses and doctors are professional, friendly and caring. Patients are always welcomed warmly, with little to no waiting time. Highly recommended!

The team was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I needed a liquid-based cytology test, and the team went above and beyond to arrange an additional test for me at short notice. Their willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier.I highly recommend GB Medlab and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
