Great Customer Service, Easy Communication
I accidentally ordered my toddler play structure to my old address. I followed up with a quick email - Rennie and the team at Wood Wood Toys were quick to rectify the situation, despite it being my mistake, and confirm with the warehouse that it would be delivered to the updated address!
In addition, the play structure arrived quickly, looks just as advertised and is great quality!
The instructions included in the package were a little hard to follow but a quick YouTube search had us assembling in no time!

Beautiful Set & Amazing Customer Service
We absolutely love the Grapat Carla Play Set! The pieces are beautifully made and feel like such great quality. It was purchased as a gift for my daughter, and we’re so excited for her to grow into playing with it.
There was a small mistake with our order, but their customer service was amazing. They responded quickly, apologized for the mix-up, and fixed the mistake right away. We really appreciated how quickly they made sure we received the correct set, especially since it was for her birthday.
We’re very happy with both the product and the customer service and would definitely recommend them!

Excellent company
I am so happy with the purchases I made with Wood Wood Toys! I bought a mud kitchen and water flow station for my preschool’s outdoor space and could not be more impressed with the quality of items. Hours of fun for the kids! I also purchased an arch for indoors and am equally pleased with it. Excellent customer service and very friendly. The shipping fees were so low! I live in the Yukon and getting anything shipped here at a reasonable cost is a challenge. I will definitely be ordering again.
