The order was quick and painless and was delivered very quickly. The sensory table was exactly what I was looking for. In appreciated the sturdy construction and that it came with a lid.

The wobble/balance board is very sturdy and beautiful looking. My 3 year old grandson got on it immediately after opening. I can see it will give him good practice in developing his balance and creativity in finding many ways to use the board.

I was not happy that the delivery day was one week later than the date I was told it would arrive.

I ordered some Grapat flowers, drops etc. for my loose parts collection I’m building for my grandson. And the Grapat x Ostheimer Easter collection. They’re all beautiful and arrive packaged in lovely wooden boxes tied with twine.i love that they don’t use plastic.

I've ordered with Wood Wood Toys twice and they're fantastic. They're very quick and responsive to any questions and were also quick to ship my order to me, without additional shipping charges even though I live in a remote area.
For my second order I customized one of their in house made Harrison Block sets and they were so helpful. The blocks themselves are so lovingly crafted and I'm happy they're handmade in Canada.

After a disappointing experience with a defective product, WWT offered absolutely exceptional customer service. Responses were timely, helpful, and they worked as a liaison between me and the manufacturer. It was refreshing to have a retailer actively insist on taking some of that burden off of the end customer, and we came to a resolution quickly.

We have always been happy customers, but this took it over and above. We will absolutely continue shopping with and supporting this wonderful company.

I placed my order on January 4th. I didn’t receive any messages or updates so on January 21th I decided to reach out through email.

The fullfillment and shipping for the product I purchased is not done by them so they told me they would communicate with the brand and get back to me.

They didn’t reach out to me so on March 2nd I sent them another mail for updates and on the next day they refunded me my order.

I’m sad it didn’t work out between us but I would like to think maybe the issue was that it was an international shipment. I’m sure they work great for regular shipments that are not far from their location.

I recently received my shipment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The package arrived right on time, exactly as promised. The items were well-packaged and in perfect condition.

The team was responsive, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered. It's clear they value their customers and take pride in their service.

I really appreciate the quality of the wood toys. I feel good about my grand daughter playing with toys not made of plastic. Also these toys encourage creative play. They are even fun for me to play with her.

This little market stall is super cute and well made. Even how it was carefully packed for snipping spoke of its quality. And the Erzi food in the little wooden crates fits perfectly.

Well since I cant reply to their reply I’ll update even further. Their replacement box I had to go and pick up it wasnt delivered to my door like it was supposed to be. It was also lost for days right before christmas. I also took pictures of the replacement box when I got the call to come pick it up, there was several big holes from the outside to the inside still on this replacement box as well. They never changed their packaging at all so that tells me stuff inside definitely didnt get shipped in one piece. Its not like when you order something expensive normally where they pad it so much that nothing moves around, no avenlur does just a half inch border of styrofoam around the box on the inside and leaves excessive room for everything to smash around. The replacement box isnt QUITE as bad as the first but still bad condition for spending over $1100. Have yet to open, safe to say they assumed I have nothing but time on my hands to deal with their chaos. But yes the second box is damaged as well. Packaging is a nightmare, I dont see how they figure a box full of heavy play set pieces and giving excessive room to fly around is going to work out well. Everyone knows how shippers handle products, its up to them to make sure their product is satisfactory to be rough housed in shipping a bit. Wood wood toys and avenlur bank on shippers following the small words on the one side of the box, “this side up” etc and saving money that way… well shippers don’t follow those little instructions and sure don’t treat it any nicer than any other package they’re dealing with that day.

I also love how they pride themselves on how they were “in my corner” when they were just as difficult as avenlur through this entire process. I wish I could post pictures and emails in here. But feel free to find me on facebook, Id love to share my entire experience. Then to say they dont mind taking the heat here implying he wasnt just as much at fault as avenlur when a couple weeks ago the owner himself was beyond disrespectful and rude during his phone call about my last review. Funny how on public display he acts like he was the golden boy. Not to mention hes acting like he did so much when I was making phone calls to avenlur myself all through the week even last week DAYS before christmas. He was literally zero help in the whole situation for almost two months.. the amount of calls and emails I had to make even last week to avenlur when he was the one I bought the play set from was absolutely ridiculous. The replacement box had a broken slide as well (same spot as the first just not QUITE as bad but still broken) also a bunch of rails were dented, pieces had chipped paint from bad packaging. The slide I wood glued back together with liquid nails and clamped together and repainted on the 27th. Way too much money for what I got both times, huge disappointment.

This company went above and beyond with wonderful customer service, they provided excellent advice when I had questions about my purchase and were able to price match on a rather late request.
