Wrong game version bought
Bought the standard version of a game and activated it on steam without any issue.
Found a few minutes later that to early access the game I had to get the premium version ...
Contacted them and they refund me right away and explained me how to permanently delete the previous order from my steam account
First order with them but won't be the last, great customer service (thank you Anton)

Very Quick Customer Service Based On My Experience
I saw that Quake, Quake II, and DOOM (2016) were on sale. So, I bought them and got the keys. I was able to activate both Quake II and DOOM but when I got to Quake, it said that the key was already used. I was understandably fustrated and emailed Gamesplanet customer support to see if I could get a new key or a refund. Within less than 15 minutes, I've received a response back telling me that I had been given a refund. I bought a new key with said refund, entered it on Steam, and voila. It worked like a charm.

I bought a game here as they were the cheapest shop that had it and made a mistake by misspelling my email.
I bought a game and after seeing that I couldn't get the code contacted support to change my email.
I was ready for the usual two-to-three-day affair where support would take ages to respond and need some obscure account number, but I was surprised when this legend called Craig answered my email within two minutes and instantly solved my problem!
overall great experience will definitely use again.

Hi Mark,
So if we understand correctly you bought Battlefield on Gamesplanet 2 years ago and you were able to activate your game without any problem on Origin and play your game. As you write it yourself, EA asked you to transfer your account and since then you no longer have all your librairy and all you find to do is blame Gamesplanet leave a rotten appreciation 2 years later? Really, are you serious?
Gamesplanet can't do anything about the management of your EA librairy and the EA servers and data bases, so contacting EA seems the best supposed solution, don't you think ?

Rapid and Quality Support
I purchased AOW 4 from them and then the game turned out to be an absolute mess of crashing to desktop and kernel crashing. I obviously am not going to play the 1 out of 100 games that somehow manages to crash my kernels.
Craig from Gamesplanet was incredibly understanding and offered me a refund on the purchase. It was no hassle, he was personable and not some typical support person giving generic responses. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

If you're unsure about Gamesplanet, this is my experience
Was genuinely nervous despite all the good reviews. Bought a steam key for DOOM Eternal for £9.51, roughly 75% off.
I made the transaction, clicked on my account username on the gamesplanet website, clicked 'My Games', revealed the steam key, used the key on steam, and boom, asked me which drive I wanted to download DOOM Eternal in. Unbelievable
The price was in dollars too, but it said below "Activates in the United Kingdom".
It works. It has positive reviews everywhere you search online for a reason.
