Lovely comfortable futon sofa bed, well made and worth every penny. Great communication throughout and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Great quality product.

Really does the job…good quality

We love our new tatami!
Thank you so much for great service and great communication throughout the process! Super helpful team and really clear.
We love our new way of sleeping and really enjoyed the instructional videos about the changing colours of tatami etc.
Thanks for a great service and product!

We are very happy with the quality of the Monk mattress we bought and the customer service from Peter can only be described as exemplary . We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very friendly service both on the phone arranging delivery as well as on taking delivery - helped bring it inside the house. Delivery was well within the stated time frame. Took the mattress on holiday and it made for super comfortable cosy nights' sleep in the awning. Thoroughly recommend.

Good product, good packaging, good communication!

This company was great! I'd needed a new futon cover for ages and found them online.
There was a wide variety of sizes, fabrics and colours allowing me to have a cover custom made toy specifications.
Delighted with product and the first class service received.

very accomodating and kind! and the matress is great :)

A very efficient company with great products

We ordered a futon mattress and we are very happy with it. It is firm to sit on and the colour is lovely, though it hasn’t been slept on yet. The cover is well made and looks easy to remove for cleaning.

There were delays with the couriers, and Peter’s customer service was fantastic throughout. He kept us informed and we felt reassured that we would eventually receive the futon.

Good quality futon which arrived quickly. I had some questions about the delivery and was very pleased with the shop's assistance. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, incredibly helpful, willing & friendly.
Wonderful products, couldn’t be happier!

Many thanks

Fabulous, well-made mattress. Customer service couldn't be better. Wonderfully reliable and considerate delivery. Some people make life better!!!

Great experience with futons247, after ordering a futon and it wasn't right they made a new one, took back the old one and replaced it with the new one with no extra charge and no fuss. Peter always friendly on the phone too. Thanks

So pleased with my futon mattress and really glad I chose to buy from this company.

Helpful owner (Peter) confirmed the dimensions
of the futon covers and assisted us with colour choice
and speedy delivery

Very happy experience from first viewing website to delivery.
2 lines of advice for new buyers. If you need to fold the matress in 2 places, buy a matress that has built in folds. I should have done that, so had to struggle with the bulky folds. Also, check your Spam folder if no timely emails arrive at your in-box.
