Very happy customer.
They delivered the sofa bed we bought on time and went the extra mile and put it together for us too. Quality product. Friendly and personable service. Honest and competitive with their prices too. If I was in the market to purchase another sofa bed I would highly recommend. 5stars

Osaka bed
Always the best service, quick delivery. Good quality for a fair price. The bed was easy to assemble even alone. Just a strong wood smell but it's not bothering me.

Thanks for your review, good to hear all went well with the purchase of your new Osaka bed. As an untreated bed frame they can smell a bit 'woody' at first but, as I'm sure you have now discovered, that passes after a week or so.
Thanks for shopping with us here at The Futon Shop. Peter

Osaka Futon Bed
After a year I bought a futon with Futons247, I finally bought a bed. I found this one with the good measurement and at a reasonable price. As always the service is perfect and quick. The bed is solid and pretty easy to assemble, even alone. I was just surprised the bed has absolutely no paint on it so it has a pretty strong wood smell, but it does not bothers me. I finally have a flat and firm support for my futon and have less back ache when I wake up. So, once again, I recommend.
