Furniture Village - Staines Omdömen

Very good experience

Was served by Gouldi who was very knowledgeable and professional who helped choose our new sofa
Thanks Gouldi

Liz was really helpful in advising on all the various choices.

Liz was brilliant. It was great that she was Polish and was able to speak with my parents all about their questions, worries and possibilities. Brilliant employee and once my parents decide, they'll definitely seek out Liz to help them buy.

Laura was great - the best person we are dealing with so far in furniture village. But FV never disappoints.

Served by Gouldi was very helpful and knowledgeable and help us chose our new sofa. Real asset to the company Thanks for all your help

Searching for a kitchen table and I ended up in furniture village. A helpful salesman, robin, assisted me there and then.

When I returned the next day robin sold us the table with no hassle.

Sayed was very helpful today , we did our second order here and as always we got best offer.
Well done.

I went to the shop today to measure up and look at a few sofas. I was served by a Lady named Liz who turned out to be probably the most attentive and knowledgeable person I have met for a long while. Nothing was to much trouble, turning buying a sofa into quite a nice experience. I wish you well Liz. Thank you.

LIz and the team were lovely. We had a small dog with us and they looked after us all. We also found a lovely sofa!

We have had a wonderful experience today with Liz at Furniture Village. She looked out for our best interest and really understood what we wanted.
She has great knowledge of the products the store sell and was very helpful.

Syed was very friendly and helpful. He took his time explaining the different features of sofas we were interested in, and didn’t rush us in our decision. We have now ordered our sofa and are very happy with our service.

Finally after weeks of going to different places we ordered our sofa at Furniture Village Staines. This could not have been possible without the excellent service by Syed. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. An absolute credit to Furniture Village.

Syed was so great and helped us finalise our sofa after us being confused for a very long time. He was friendly and patient, thank you so much!

We were served by Syed, a very professional and polite person

We had a positive experience with the customer service at this furniture store. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and were even offered drinks, which was a lovely touch.
We already knew what we were looking for, and the Sales Consultant, Robin Sydney, was fantastic - helpful, friendly, and very efficient. He made the whole purchasing process smooth and straightforward.
The staff took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and clearly understood what we wanted. They were very knowledgeable about their products and offered helpful guidance without ever being pushy or overbearing.
We’ve purchased furniture from this store before, so we already knew the ordering process is simple and straightforward, and the delivery service is excellent. That previous experience gave us real confidence when returning.
Overall, the service felt relaxed, and genuinely customer-focused, which made the whole experience enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend this store to others.

Laura made our purchase for a dining table for our 1st house a super experience and would recommend to people in the staines area to pop in for any purchase for your home after we had some bad experiences from the other stores. Thank you Laura.
