Furniture Village - Staines Omdömen 

From start to finish I was amazed at how well I was treated and I’m so pleased with my sofas. The delivery guys were courteous and very competent, all the mess was cleared up and taken away. I’ll definitely use FV again.

Really pleased with the service we received at the store in Staines, especially from the very helpful Robin. Robin stayed over his shift finish time to assist us and gave informed and unbiased opinions to help with making a decision.

I was a bit disappointed with them, but I don’t think it was there fault it was the manufacturer, because I ordered my furniture in July and only received it yesterday October, but I was disappointed with the shop they didn’t phone Me once I had to phone them

I had cause to phone Furniture Village After Sales team today and spoke with Khadija. I have to say that she was extremely friendly and polite, very helpful and efficient. I explained the problem to her, she understood completely, sympathised and wrote everything down that I told her. She asked me to take photos and send them in and was very reassuring that my problem would be dealt with smoothly and quickly. Another gold star for Furniture Village and on this occasion, particularly for Khadija. Thank you for offering a service that sadly we have now got used to not receiving!

Lovely showroom, polite salesman. Syed listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. Even after changing a few things he stayed polite and courteous.

The salesman Robin Sydney went out of his way to help us find the right table that we were after.

The seller, was very helpful through the all process.

We had a fantastic experience buying three beautiful paintings from Liz at Furniture Village! As Sales Manager, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.

Greeted by Robin after initial browsing. Very high level of customer service. Helped with our purchase and colour choices , going out of his way to find sample swatches. Delightful shopping experience.

After my initial review on how helpful the sales rep was in store, oh boy how that changes when the sale is done!!

Delivery....delay....delay...delay and no communication from them.

Sales person impossible to get hold of! Answerphone messages never returned

Finally received the sofa 'we ordered' only to find out IT WAS THE WRONG SET UP but it's OK as when the sales rep finally called, I was told ' I have been doing this for XX amount of years and I do not make mistakes' yet it is clear to us and the delivery drivers that the picture she drew of what we ordered was different to what she actually put through. Clearly she does not know her left from her right!! Probably because she was more interested in upselling other items!

I have e mailed every e mail address I can find and not getting anywhere. I still don't have my complete order. Hey, but at least I know 'i am a liar'

I gave them 7 days to respond on Monday with an acceptable reply before I take it to the Ombudsman......all I have been told is this has been escalated to the senior store manager .

Be very wary of using this company and if you do make sure you pay at least £100 of your purchase on a credit card, it will be easier to request a refund!!

All I want is a satisfactory outcome for being willing to make the incorrect sofa we received work in our space. Even though we are still missing the additional module when we were told delivery by September 12th!

On the other hand, Lee and Topaz our delivery team were 5* and more. Very respectful of our home. Very helpful and polite and a pleasure to have in our home. That is why I gave two stars because of them although they deserve 10 stars!! But my fingers are tired of continuously typing e mails to this company so I don't want to type another review. Thanks lads, great job on delivery, Furniture Village needs more people like you and I hope you see the negative of this is absolutely no reflection on you at all, keep up the great work.
