⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Furniture Village Ipswich!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Furniture Village in Ipswich. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, and I really want to recognise Mo, the manager, and Lindsey for going above and beyond to help me.

Mo was absolutely brilliant and authorised the exchange of my rug, which I had originally purchased in store. He was understanding, accommodating and genuinely went out of his way to help me find a solution, allowing me to exchange it for something much more suited to my taste. I really appreciated his willingness to help and the excellent customer service he provided.

Lindsey was equally amazing! From the moment I walked into the store, she was welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, helped me explore different options and guided me towards finding the perfect rug for my home. She never made me feel rushed and was genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with my choice.

It’s not every day you come across staff who are so attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Both Mo and Lindsey made what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new rug and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. A huge thank you to Mo and Lindsey for their outstanding service. They are a real credit to Furniture Village, and I would highly recommend the Ipswich store to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

Came in looking for a 2 seater sofa and got the echo, rachel helped us with everything while we were there she was so lovely and answered all our questions.

When I purchased a wardrobe I was told 4weeks delivery then he said 6 weeks The next day they my daughter and said it would be 11 weeks so I said cancel it.Thiswas on Monday they said she if she didn't ring in by Tuesday we woulosour deposit she rang and rang nobody answered we had to go to the shop from Leiston to Ipswich.The man there rang someone he said it would be 3 weeks I said no he rang again and said it would be here in 3 days why couldn't they have said it in the first place Very poor service wouldn't go there again.I might be 85 but I am not stupid.

We can’t recommend Craig at the Ipswich store enough, helped us choose our new sofa, very knowledgeable and friendly we never felt pushed to purchase, this made buying from furniture village an easy choice for us!
