Furniture Village - Ipswich Omdömen

Sheikh Hussain in the Ipswich branch was intutive to our questions without being pushy making our visit and purchase a positive experience. He was knowledgable about the design and fabric requirements of our sofa as well as the tracking options and website as we await the construction and delivery. Very impressed with his attentiveness and manner.

Been in the store a few times as my husband has a bad back so had to be a sofa with certain features. Rachel was amazing she genuinely cares about the products she sells., no hard selling definitely didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. She is a credit to your store in Ipswich
Thank you Jane and Pete

Just bought a power recliner. Can’t review it until delivered, but I can say the in store service was excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and for that I would highly recommend this store. Really looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

We had popped to a different store to view an adjustable bed, but it was a waste of time, as the assistant was less than interested. Rather than it being a waste of time, we decided to pop into Furniture Village…it was a totally different experience. Great customer service. Rachael couldn’t have been more helpful. We haven’t committed to buying the bed yet, but I’m 99% sure that they will get our business…it had nothing to do with the delicious cookies, honestly!!!

Salesman was very helpful without putting pressure on.

Excellent service & staff

From the staff in the show room to the fitters who delivered and installed our new Wardrobes we were very happy with the whole experience.

They were very helpful and explained everything throughly would have no problem recommending this firm.

Keith was so helpful, polite and informative...thank you

Good experience with initial visit to showroom. Helpful friendly sales staff.
Delivery was first class, great communication and efficient delivery team.
Furniture looks to be well constructed and will hopefully last for many years. No negative issues apparent at this time. I inadvertently deleted the direct debiit with my bank. I contacted the credit company who tod me that the retailer will set up the mandate again.

We were very happy with the service provided by Chris Hunt on Sunday when we visited looking for a dining table and chairs. We were not harassed at all like in other stores and when we had had a good look round, I approached Chris for assistance and he was very happy to help. The whole process was completed quickly and smoothly with no attempt to upsell or add on additional services which was very much appreciated. Thanks Chris for making the process so easy.

Chris at Ipswich answered all our questions and really helped us visualise what we were looking for, resulting in a successful purchase. Absolutely amazing genuine person who offers great service and guidance. Huge asset to furniture village Ipswich!

The young man, Sheikh Hussain, was very knowledgeable regarding beds and was not pushy. He was patient and engaged. A good experience.

Huge selection of beds with very experienced staff. We were quite specific with what we needed and were shown a wide variety of options. We tested all the beds and made a choice very quickly. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Delivery and removal of old mattresses organised on the day. Very easy and enjoyable experience!
