Funko Omdömen 

Ho fatto un ordine il 15 dicembre , ho ordidato 2 funko personalizzati , tempi.di consegna disattesi, la consegna mi viene fatta il 7/01 , mi arriva solo un funko , per dhl tutto ciò che gli è stato affidato è stato consegnato , in effetti risulta 1di 1 anche sulla mia etichetta , scrivo , nessuna risposta , riscrivo da form del sito e tramite mail , finalmente rispondono e chiedono foto, gli rispondo allegando foto e gli scrivo che desidero la consegna del funko mancante , perchè li ho comprati per i miei 2 figli .
Mi arriva una mail di spedizione ordine , il 9/01 , cosa c' era nella spedizione?
Lo stesso funko che mi avevano giá spedito,
pure le foto gli ho inviato ...
Scrivo per evitare che facciano un altro disastro , sempre da mail ed anche da form , mi rispondono che cambieranno l' articolo ...
Mi arriva lo stesso funko , scrivo nuovamente e segnalo , mi richiedono foto per le loro indagini , mando foto , riscrivo e mi mandano la stessa mail , uguale , in cui mi richiedono foto ...
Nel frattempo sul sito , in quasi 2 mesi , tutto uguale , risulta un solo ordine in stato consegnato .
Un disastro ed una delusione , mai più !

Absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service with this company.

Used them for the first time before Christmas to Order 2 custom figures, which arrived with missing parts, and missing box customised stickers. These were not cheap, even with the 'black friday deal', so i expected to receive a product that reflected that price, however this was not the case. The fact they arrived incomplete, was disappointing enough, but the severe flaws in their customer service model is where the company's lack of care and professionalism is exposed.

I initially used the 'Contact Us form, providing all details and images, but no reply other than the automated reply 'your query will be looked at within 7 days'. Clearly no staff member looked at the message. I then repeated the process to no avail. Finally i had to use google to try find a direct customer service email, but email would not send to this address.

No other contact details are available, so no chance of getting in touch with anyone at the company.

An absolute farce of a company, whom i suspect will likely see a dramatic fall in profits in the near future due to this lack of respect to their own customers.

An absolute shame, as the Funko product itself, although overpriced, is (was) a nice product.

Unfortunately the company clearly just wants to grab the customers money and run, with poor execution, and non existent customer service.

Looking through the countless trust pilot reviews this isn't an isolated incident, so I would advise steering clear of using this company at all, particularly for the overpriced custom models.

In hindsight, I should have done more research before purchasing. I certainly did not expect this from a supposed 'popular and reputable' company, but this doesn't excuse the fact that the company is essentially scamming their own customers with clearly no concerns for customers.

Will not be using ever again.

Order was incomplete(6 Funko Pops). Send a email to customer service on 29th December 2025. They wanted a picture from shipping carton with time stamp and all the funkos I got. I showed them. And i showed them that the shipping carton don’t have the space for the 6 more Funko pops that I missed. They send me back a email on 07th January: „We appreciate your patience; your request is important to us! We are reviewing your request and will be right with you.“ after this day I asked for a update at 14th January and got no answer. I asked again at 25th January and don’t got a answer again. I lost over 90€ on this order. Order at your own risk

Edit: they refund me after 2 months.

Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received package. Thankfully I was one of the lucky ones and I have been told I can have a refund. Spent 70 euro on a birthday gift and it never even came— got lost in transit so I reordered and it got lost again. Very disappointing. Customer service was the only good thing to come out of this as they were helpful and very kind. Do not order from this website, you may not get so lucky.

I have purchased several Funko Pop items for my daughter, who is an avid gamer. During my first order, the package was delivered to an incorrect address approximately two miles from my home. Fortunately, the recipient kindly brought it to me. However, I did not receive any notification from Funko regarding shipment, and when I reached out to the company about these issues, my concerns were not addressed.
Despite this unsatisfactory experience, I decided to place another order as the item was a limited edition exclusive available only on their website. Unfortunately, communication did not improve. I did not receive confirmation of my order, prompting me to contact customer service again for verification. Eventually, I found confirmation through my account, but once more, I was not informed when the order shipped. These experiences suggest that their business practices and customer service are in need of significant improvement.
Additionally, considering the large variety of Funko products, it is notable that not all are available for purchase on their official website. Overall, my interactions with customer service have been disappointing, and there appear to be persistent issues with their business operations.

Ordered personalised pop figures in November. Paid for them. No delivery dates or response to correspondence from myself. Never received the figures but did get money back via my bank.

Zero star if there's an option for it. Very bad customer support and pop yourself ordered since 2 months ago with accessories didn't arrived but customer support said it was delivered and won't be refunding the payment when finally they responded to my email. Though a screenshot of my funko account was sent to their email clearly with my order status not yet shipped.

Absolutely shocking customer service.
Or lack of.

The staff member sarvarth is clearly not competent at there job.

Will be contacting trading standards and also going through my bank to get my money back.

Ho acquistato un Funko pop personalizzato...un regalo per San Valentino, acquisto fatto prima di Natale..ad uno dei 2 soggetti mancano gli Occhiali che chiaramente sono fortemente caratterizzanti per il viso e il personaggio...spesa totale 90 euro...mi dicono dopo infinite mail e tempi di risposta biblici che non possono spedire il pezzo mancante e mi rimborsano 18 euro... preciso che con quel Funko pop non ci posso fare NIENTE.... imbarazzante...pessimi ....per fortuna che il prodotto è customizzato... naturalmente sul sito è impossibile lasciare traccia di questo...

Made an order on Funko's italian site and I received an email from DHL saying I have to pay customs. Tried to reach out to Funko and I was completely and utterly IGNORED. That's why people buy from resellers. They are so embarassing. No, wait, "embarassing" is a kind word. Don't ever buy from them. EVER.

Bits missing, customer services didnt resolve and in the end ignored me and left my matter unresolved therefore not providing me with what I paid for.

Ordered a few of the pop yourself characters for people for gifts at christmas, weeks went by wich is fine, whatever I ordered in plenty of time, eventually they turned up but one of the characters was missing one of the personalisation accessories. Wich sounds trivial but when were talking faceless rectangles with a choice of maybe 12 outfits ultimately its the accessories and all the choices combined that really give a clue to who the pop character is.
Besides what I got wasnt what I paid for.

Contacted customer services who asked me to send photos of the item and the packaging.
Sent the photos clearly showing the missing piece and clearly explained what I wanted.
They told me they would get this sorted and how this isnt their usual standard wich looking at the other reviews it clearly is.

Few more weeks went by and a package comes, rather than send me the missing piece I requested they sent me every other character I ordered wich I didnt have a problem with so now I had 2 of the complete characters and still not the complete character I originally reached out about.

So this is why im giving 2 stars,
It would have been 1 stars for the poor customer support however I have given an extra star because they tried to resolve the issue somewhat and I dont want to mistake incompetence for malice.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Funko Europe regarding my order for personalized Funko Pops. I have been trying to get a refund for two missing accessory packs since November 7th.

After multiple emails, they finally asked for photos on December 25th, which I sent immediately. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails (on January 5th and January 19th), but I have received no response at all.

It has been over two months, I followed all their instructions, and I still don't have my money back for the missing parts of my custom order. This is unacceptable. Please resolve order BEL20302356 and refund my money immediately.

I bought the customised Funko Pop as a gift. The quality is absolutely terrible. I'm almost embarrassed to give this as a gift. Not to mention that it's also relatively expensive. The order didn't arrive in full and I haven't received any notification as to whether the rest will be sent. I might as well have thrown the money into the fire, which would have been just as practical and much more enjoyable.

First time buying, my order was not only late, but it was all wrong, I immediately opened a case for help on 12/27 and got nothing from customer service. I had checked out as a guest so I made an account on the site using the email I used to buy my first order but the AI chat bot and the site claim that order doesn’t exist (isn’t tied to that email) so now I don’t know IF I’ll even get help.. IF customer service ever gets back to me. My 2nd and 3rd orders arrived fine and are tied to the same email and show in purchase history even though they were bought before the account was made, but that first one.. is just gone??

My son Ordered me a Funko pop 6 days ago on the app and we had no notification email or anything, must have gone through as my cousin works in a bank and showed me my sons statement that the money had indeed gone through and I had to contact them on 15 of this month and they say that I did not order one and that the money had got lost through transaction. I have bought quite a few pops over the years but this now has made me decide to buy else where if they had a 0 that is what I would give them ,have a very upset son because of this .😡😡

Ordinato tre personaggi personalizzati con nome sulla scatola, ma uno è arrivato senza nome. Ho fatto presente la cosa e dopo 10 giorni (c’erano le feste in mezzo) mi hanno detto che avrebbero spedito una scatola col nome. Oggi mi é arrivata una mail dicendo che l’’ordine è stato annullato perché non l’ho confermato. ma io dico, sbagli un’ordine e non rimedi in autonomia? Inoltre se crei un ordine per rimediare, nella mail non mi dice che spedirai una nuova scatola, ma mi dici che crei un ordine che io dovrò confermare dal mio profilo. Una società di incapaci con mancanza di professionalità. Non solo non acquisterò più da loro ma a sto punto sono talmente incavolato che vendo tutte le bamboline su Vinted tranne purtroppo le personalizzate che dovrò buttare pur di non vederle che mi fanno solo incavolare quando le guardo.

I had seen so many bad reviews on this site once I placed my order which made me so sceptical and very paranoid that I may have been scammed or that somehow I wouldn’t receive my order. However… I actually received my Funko 4 days earlier than scheduled and it also was in absolutely perfect condition. I honestly haven’t got one bad word to say, maybe I’m lucky.. i don’t know but it’s definitely a 5 star from my own experience.

I actually would give 0 stars. On multiple occasions, I explicitly requested the cancellation of my order or the fulfillment of my request. Despite the fact that you received my payment, I am not satisfied with the current situation. You made a false statement that my claim would be addressed, which was not the case. I also sent an email yesterday, but it was not responded to.
In response to an email from Funko Pop regarding the POP! Yourself x Stranger Things figurine, I discovered that the necessary accessories for the Stranger Things theme were not included in the order. Consequently, I promptly initiated a cancellation request for Order Number: 29938253. However, upon contacting the virtual representative, I was informed that the cancellation was not possible despite the relatively short time elapsed since the order was placed. As a result, they initiated cases (01332078 and 01332076) for me to request substitutions: the Stranger Things Box Set, Hellfire Club Notebook, and the Score Sheet.
I am deeply disappointed that I was unable to simply cancel my order and reorder the desired items. I will never do business with your company because you falsely stated that these “claims” would be addressed. Furthermore, what can you do if you proceed to ship the order without considering the customer’s complete satisfaction? This situation is beyond frustrating.
Additionally, I am concerned that your company lacks a live customer service representative and relies solely on automated chatbots.
