Funko Omdömen 

Customer service is the worst I've dealt with ever. Ordered from funko a few times with no problems. The last order the tracking shows it went out for delivery and was delivered in a completely different state. I contacted customer support 5 or 6 times with the same generic response telling me according to tracking it was delivered and hoped I enjoyed my funkos. The other 4 or 5 emails I tried to explain i didn't gwt it that it was shipped to the wrong address and again the same response. Will never again trust funko.com its really sad they used to be fine.

Same as everybody wish I went here first not going to bore with details but needless to say didn't get my order and communication is as good as their service

1 Pas de suivi effectif de la commande, le paquet reste indiqué comme n'ayant pas quitté le lieu d'expédition 1 jour avant réception !
2 Mauvaise surprise : Frais de douane à payer si je souhaite recevoir mon colis alors que le service client défend bec et ongle que les taxes sont incluses dans la facture et refuse de me rembourser les dits frais de douane.
3 Ma commande n'est pas arrivée complète, il manquait une pop
4 L'emballage et la protection des produits sont bâclés, l'arrivée des pops dans un état correct relève du miracle !
5 Le service client met plus d'un mois et demi à répondre et leur réponse se résume à : "Nous ne sommes pas responsable, nous n'avons commis aucune faut, aucune erreur de notre part n'a été constaté"

En résumé l'expérience d'achat sur le site de cette marque d'envergure internationale est déplorable. Le client est méprisé, ils ne respectent rien ni personne. Je déconseille vivement de faire des achats via cette plateforme !

Ordine effettuato il 22 novembre, ma non è ancora arrivato nulla. Ho ricevuto un’email di tracciamento che indica che è stata creata l’etichetta, ma il pacco non è mai stato spedito. Servizio clienti inesistente: è impossibile parlare con qualcuno. Ho aperto un ticket il 9 dicembre e non sono mai stata ricontattata. Impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro, non c'è un canale di comunicazione. Mi sono sentita truffata!

Horrific experience so far. Won't drag this out as no need, but I ordered 10 items from Funko last week. Firstly they charged me for 10. Secondly they only dispatched 8. Thirdly they only delivered 4 and marked 8 as delivered. I want to know how Funko believe this is acceptable. A shambles of a service.

Better yet. It's impossible to get hold of anyone. The chat bot says it will transfer you to an agent and nothing happens after 30 minutes. No one replies to tickets or cases you create and when you email them it says their inbox is full...

Funko, how is this acceptable and how do you run a business this way? Please contact me urgently.

This company is trouble!
Send only half of my order. Something came in broken. Tried to reach out for costumerservice, didn't receive any answer. The chatbot on their site created a case and the broken piece would ship again. A couple of days ago i received a mail that this order is canceled. So here i am, with a broken piece, half of my order and a ruined gift

I placed an order before Christmas. I received three of four items. One is still missing. Customer support is zero support. They are not helping and I got little response. It's such a disappointment.

Honestly I wouldn't even give then 1 star but I had to. Ordered 20.11.25. Tracking stopped being updated 29.11.25. Contacted them 14.12.25 as felt I needed to give it time with it being Christmas. Got a case number and then nothing. Emailed several times asking for a refund and nothing. I have opened another case today. I have never experienced such blatant ignorance from a customer service department. They have my money. I have nothing from them. And it seems they don't care. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had.. took 4 weeks to acknowledge my query as to where my items were by which time Christmas had been and gone, asked if I wanted them resending which I did and that’s it.. no items and zero response as to what’s going on.🤷🏼‍♂️ utter crap!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Almost 2 months after my original order and now you say you cant even be bothered to actually do anything g about it. Also, the fact that you conveniently don't have a phone number so that I can actually talk to someone is ridiculous. You have ruined someone's Christmas by doing this. Actually ashamed to have ever ordered from you. Don't ever order from this company.

Do NOT buy from these scammers. They ruined a christmas surprise for me and my family and afterwards make it impossible to contact customer support. The now sadly quintessential AI chatbot they use creates case numbers one after another which are consequently ignored completely. It has been more than a month since I placed my order and still have no clue what happened and if I will ever receive it. Haven't encountered this kind of behavior from a company in a long, long time... truly horrible.

I will never buy another funko product again. They (in their error) sent me the same order twice, charged me twice and now refuse to take the incorrect order back and refund me. Worst customer service ever!!

When the goods are received they are great , however I have a personalised funko missing from an order and after weeks of trying to talk to someone i have been asked to provide proof...I cannot provide proof of what I haven't received. The mail box for complaints is full so doesn't take replie. They have my money and I have no personalised funko. Feel like ive been robbed . Will not use again

I placed a holiday order during Funko’s 30% promotion for multiple items meant to be gifted together. After the order was placed, Funko canceled one item due to a stock shortage but still shipped the rest — items that couldn’t be returned on their own — leaving me with an incomplete gift set.

When I asked whether Funko would honor the original promotional price once the item was back in stock, support refused, stating they don’t adjust prices after a promotion ends, even though the cancellation was due to their inventory issue, not a customer error.

The only accommodation offered was a 10% coupon for a future purchase, which doesn’t address the problem they created. There was no escalation or flexibility, and the issue was handled poorly overall.

Very disappointing experience, especially during a holiday promotion.

Items are constantly damaged or missing, and no response from the customer service team after months of chasing.

Radio silence on an order for over a month, then randomly "credited" - not even refunded. Attempting to get refund back.

I ordered two Funko pops. One arrived after nearly a month, the other has still not been shipped and it’s been almost two months.
I have mailed and contacted multiple times, each time no reply. I have asked them for a refund, still no reply. I will never order again on this website.

L'argent par contre a bien été retiré de mon compte bancaire .
la commande a été validé , accepté , nous avons par mail : un mail de validation puis un mails correspondant au ticket de paiement avec un numéro de suivi ( transporteur DHL ) mais le colis ne bouge pas de leur entrepôt .
Funkopop .com ne sont pas sérieux , de nombreuses personnes n'ont pas eu leur commande .
J'ai bien envoyé un mails au service support mais pas de réponse à mes relances par mails ,
C'est silence total de leur part , aucun mail pour vous tenir au courant de l'état de votre commande .
En plus ils ne proposent aucun remboursement et vous ne pouvez pas annuler la commande .
Je ne commanderai plus jamais un pop sur ce site .
C'est une grosse arnaque ! attention

I ordered my selfie Pop Vinyl on the 8th November 2025. They took my money on the 29th November 2025. It is now the 3rd January 2026 and still not received my order. In tracking the shipping company have cancelled their log. I have contacted Funko a number of times asking what’s happening to my order and more recently asking for my money back and have not had any response
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY

No reply to numerous emails!
You owe me a voucher you promised.
You owe me two pops missing from my order.
You should replace the damaged Pops that arrived in an undamaged outer box!
Even a standard email that offered me a code for 10% off doesn't work!
What the heck happened to your online customer service???
It's NONE EXISTENT!!!
What a shame, this company is woeful.

EDIT: Aaaaaaahhhhhhh a quick Google search has showed Funko is struggling financially with predictions they'll go under within a year.
I bet everyone's just given up with no job security and big cloud over their heads.
Think I'll have to cut my losses as they're clearly not going to reply to complaints...
