This is my second time working work Frooition on an Ebay template and I couldn't be happier. Their templates really stand out and make your Ebay listings look very clean and professional. I am very happy with the template and customer service!

I am a new coin dealer and I use eBay to sell through. I was not really impressed with their store layouts, and features so an actual eBay representative told me about Frooition. I contacted Frooition to design a custom store front for me that would make my business/me look professional, like I was a large company that had been in business for a while. The upfront costs may seem to be substantial to some, but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. I was put in contact with a sales rep, who then guided me to the area in which I gave ideas regarding what I wanted the store front to look like. I gave them a crazy combination of colors and themes, I really didn't provide very much guidance. What I got was/is a first class store front. Everyone who visits thinks I am a larger company than I am, basically it gave me instant credibility. My sales increased almost overnight. They have great customer service, I have their "Bronze" support package which is enough for me given my level of sales. With that package, I get to use their library of free tutorial videos and access to support staff. With my package, they give themselves up to 3 days to answer questions, but I have always received a response or answer to my question in 24 hours or less. Recently, I have received an answer the same day. You can do a lot with this site, I am still learning. I think I am in my 15-18th month of using it, and as I said, I am still learning about all of the neat tricks and features Frooition offers. I said it before, but I will say it again: The upfront costs may seem a little expensive, but like with everything else in this world, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Frooition.

I will admit that I was nervous about hiring a company to design my ebay Store and Listing Template, but I could not be happier. Each step of the process was made easier with fast and efficient communication and feedback from my designer, Gareth. The turnaround time for the first preview was quick, and every question I asked was quickly answered. the few tweaks and changes I made were quickly and professionally handled, and I never felt like I was burdening my designer with my endless questions and comments. When we embarked on this project it was intimidating to say the least, as we had little or no experience in creating a web presence, but the Frooition designer worked with us at every stage of the design and never tired of answering even our most silly questions. The designer brought out the best of our suggestions and improved on those that needed it, always understanding what we wanted, even when we ourselves were not sure what it was we were trying to achieve.Well done, and many thanks. We use Frooition for our eBay template and I cannot say enough good things about them. Every time I have an issue, Adam not only goes over it with me (or how to fix it) but normally has already improved my design! If that wasn't enough, I always have an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I check my mail in the morning. I swear some of their team don't even sleep.

Having scoured the web for an eBay shop design service we decided that Frooition was the way forward and we weren't disappointed.
Once we completed the initial brief's the first designs started coming back to with in a week and with a couple of little tweaks here and there we had seven fully functioning eBay shops, with listing templates and image hosting in as little as 4 weeks.

It was a great experience to work with Frooition. They answered all our questions in the beginning and in the process. Designer team made really great looking design. And we had a chance to get involved in a project. When we made our mind design was installed very quickly.

I spent months researching eBay store design providers. Frooition have very tight customers terms which means there are very few full customers reviews. I was slightly worried about this especially as frooition isn't the cheapest provider. Now our store is up and running I can honestly say I was very impressed with the whole package. James Orton my designer was fantastic. He listened to my brief and came up with some lovely initial ideas. We were not in any hurry and wanted to take our time reviewing his ideas. He was entirely happy with this and we took a couple of months and 5 revisions to settle of the final design. The final design exceeded our expectations. The rest of the Frooition Signature package is equally as good. It is without doubt the best service you can get and that comes from someone who is generally sceptical about such claims.

Our eBay store really stands out from the rest, the design represents exactly what our store is all about, and it has also help increase our sales. We are very happy their work, skills and service. Thank you Frooition!

Within this space there are a number of different partners that you can work with which make is very complex and time consuming to review. From the outset Frooition were very helpful and knowledgeable on advising about the different offerings available. Since launch they have offered great support in updating and managing the store on a day to day basis, as well as implementing any enhancements we have required. I have used Frooition to create a new shop template for my Ebay Shop. It has taken me a while to take the step, as there have been so many different companies offering this service. I came across Frooition and spent a couple of months going backwards and forwards deciding whether it would be right for me. I finally said yes and gave them the go ahead with the project. I am quite fussy in what I wanted and Frooition had a lot of patience and were only too happy to make the changes that I wanted, and as many as I wanted!

The end result is fantastic and has definitely increased not only the traffic to my Ebay Shop, but also an increase in orders. I am so pleased with Frooitions work that I am now also working with them on other projects. I would recommend them to anyone, if you are looking for a friendly professional service with outstanding results!

I was looking for a company to give me a fresh look to my ebay store Cash in the Closet. After reading all the rave reviews about Frooition, I was convinced this was a good choice for me. I contacted them with my exact needs "home page, listing template, about me page, shipping/returns page, consignment page" and immediately received lots of emails about the different packages I could choose from. The Top Seller package was referred to me. $2880-paid.

I filled out the web form and requested the custom items. Within days, I received two emails that the two custom boxes I requested could not be accomplished. Then, the first proofs for design came...they looked good but incomplete. I had specifically asked for informational boxes for consignment opportunities and sale items. Neither were there (did the designer even read the webform?) I tried to look back at my webform to see what I had ordered and there were no copies of it on "my account".

About a month later, I received notice that my design was finished and I approved the look for installation. It looked ok, but not all the links worked. I emailed customer support and they said it was my fault and I needed to email the designer to fix...ok? Did that-over a week goes by and still no fix.

Then, I was trying to work with them regarding my ebay listing template. I wanted the photos to be on the left and the description in the middle column.-I received an email that this would make it a "custom" template and that was not included in my package-really?

Also, on the template, the photos show up, but if there is only 3 photos, 20 photo boxes show up, only three populated with photos-the rest with error graphics. I email support and they blame the issue on my service provider (Kyozou), which they state on their page they are fully compatible with. "Contact them" they said-"we delivered on our end".

On top of this-the listing pages take over 5 seconds to load! How many customers can I lose in that time?! When I email support about this they state if it was slow, they would have heard about it by one of their thousands of customers. Well, after almost $3000, I am left with a semi-pro design that probably took an afternoon to create, that I can't even use unless I continue to pay them $30/month for slow "dynamic" delivery.

Ebay Sellers-I WOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Not only do they underdeliver, they use semantics to argue about what you purchased and receive. Poor quality, poor customer service. Waste of money.

After having had a look round the other companies that offer ebay store and listing designs we went for frooition and we were not disappointed.

Our ebay store and listings now look very professional and we are noticing an increase in sales after only a couple of weeks.

Would we recommend frooition to others ? Certainly, but not to our competitors.

Frooition are a fantastic company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I do fully appreciate that they are a bit pricey but you are paying for their service, software and their attention to detail. Andrew answered my initial call and helped me through the process up until he handed me over to our designer, James Orton. Both Andrew and James were extremely helpful and very efficient. We were very pleased with James' ebay design as we wanted our ebay store to reflect the design of our own website- he listened to our specific design requests and we only needed to make very minor revisions.
