The designs were excellent, and Kim was very fast both with communicating with us and implementing the changes we requested. We would recommend Frooition to any growing business that's looking to up their eBay listing game.

We worked with Frooition (Kim Taylor specifically) for designs for our ebay and Amazon stores as well as some customer work. Frooition was easy to work with and very responsive. We were very pleased with Kim's designs. We liked the process overall - we were able to make multiple revision requests/tweaks so we could arrive at a final design that was exactly what we wanted.

I would like to give credit where credit is due, Adam at Frooition is without doubt the nicest most helpful guy on the planet.
I know I'm a fussy customer but Adam delivered a piece of art which I am overjoyed with the result.
This is the second design I have received from Frooition which I strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a design made.

Without doubt i will be using frooition again for my third project in the near future. I would recommend asking for Kim one of frooitions top designers she was outstanding and very professional, applying my design features with ease creating me a unique store and listing template design.

Staff is extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. They truly want to make sure that you're comfortable with the design they provide.

They took the extra mile through personal phone calls to make sure that everything was properly designed and installed.

I would recommend asking for Kim as she her designs were great! She allowed us to put our input and ideas and put them to life!

I was very unhappy with what I felt was overstating the application they were offering. After negotiations with Frooition, during which they displayed sincere desire to earn my confidence and achieve my satisfaction. Frooition, in fact, did achieve these goals.
I am not able to enjoy the benefits promised by their marketing.

Amazing ! Our developer, Meg, was happy to help out and make changes whenever requested. Changes usually happened within a couple of hours. Also if there was any problems she was happy to investigate and help resolve any issues. Would definitely reccommend using them.

Excellent website and eBay template design! The designers do lovely work and are very easy to work with. My designer Kim was excellent. They will keep editing it till you are 100% satisfied. We had to update 3 eBay Stores and multiple custom templates. Frooition was able to produce great templates for us. The post-purchase support has been great. I really enjoyed working with Andrew Evans on the project, from getting us set up from day 1 to today. He has been great.

Frooition took my dull everyday eBay store and made it into something truly special. I had no idea what the store should look like and the designer took my store name and had an idea and it was wonderful. As we were finalizing design and categories he was patient and understanding every time I thought of a little detail to tweak it with and the bottom line is the store didn't get finalized until I was totally ready. I am in the USA and having them in the UK worked out just fine. And the item pages show other items that I am selling instead of other eBay seller's items that usually show. Reputable company and great people to work with. I recommend them highly.

Started selling on eBay UK 10 years ago with a basic shop and had very good results, we decided to invest and make the shop look more professional and stand out from competition. Looked at several companies most a lot cheaper than Frooition but in the belief that you get what you pay for decided Frooition ticked all the boxes.
The eBay template design process was very professional easy and the end result was fantastic above expectations.
BUT you the find out about the monthly fees image hosting, support, bulk revision etc but you do not have to use them just makes it more difficult.
The big problem I have had was after being told they would revise my listings etc etc I have had to spend days sorting things. The online support is a joke, you ask a question then get an answer a day + later.You do not get an answer just a link to a page of answers to find out its not an answer to the question you asked and again you reply and another 24 hours later you get a reply that again is not the answer you need and it just goes in circles.
I think now after days of work on it we might be able to use it and happy with the results BUT if like us you need and expect help make sure you have lots of spare time and your not in a rush!!

I actually heard about Frooition after admiring some eBay shop designs, then I saw them mentioned again when they were recommended in a popular blog. This was enough for me to reach out to them. Kelvin, who you'll probably have first contact with explained everything and gave me links to examples and answered my many questions. From start to finish he has been a pleasure to work with - no waiting around for replies and always courteous.

The real star of the show though has been Paul - our designer - he has a lot of patience and great artistic talent. Frooition does require a detailed brief from you and this is to allow the design team to really get a feel for what it is your shop and product is about. This threw me at first as I was unsure - they actually rejected my first brief due to lack of info. This is in no way a negative - just an example of how they tailor the design to you, based on your requirements. What you are doing is laying the foundation, Frooition take it from there and give life to it. In fact what we finally ended up with has exceeded our expectations entirely. It has been designed by someone else - but it feels entirely our own and this is down to the way the design process works at Froo. They put forward a preview and you either say "yes that's for me!" or you request a revision. The process only stops when you are 100% satisfied. We made lots of revisions but it never deviated from the overall look that was Paul's idea in the first place.

If you're reading and wondering where Froo are at now and whether it is worth it, go for it. Its so much better than we had hoped for and Froo - through the design phase , the customer service and the final product elevated this to a very satisfying experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone - including you.

So good in fact, we went ahead with a custom listing and a Shopify design by them is on the horizon.

And if anyone from Frooition does come across this - outstanding work and we are very very pleased.

I have had frooition for a few months now and I do like the ease or their software. I am no sceaming genious when it comes to using software so if I can do it anyone can, very user friendly.
Recently I had an issue in my ebay store that no one could find but in the end Frooition "smarites/techies" found it.
I have to say there was some drama getting to the finish line. One uncaring rep made things much harder than they needed to be but in the end frooition management stepped up.
Overall if I had to do it again I would get the frooition template.
I am giving 5 stars because of the nice management. I was tempted to do 4 stars due to the bad representative, but in the end the company was good to me and they solved a big problem for me that they had nothing to do with, so they did something for me that they did not have to do, for that I am VERY grateful so they earned a 5 star in my book.
Pretty templates easy software doesn't get much better

Not very easy to work with. eBay Template deleted after 6 months (they have no idea why and have not offered to fix it). I've cancelled my account with them. Very disappointed I've lost £600 for what was supposed to be a 2 year template. I wouldn't recommend them but Template was nicely designed and worked whilst it was live.

We contacted Frooition when we needed to create an eBay store to replicate our own webstore. Simon, my designer did a great job creating an eBay store that replicate the feeling of our webstore. We received regular emails with updates on the design of the store. If there were any changes that was requested, Simon did them very quickly and paid attention to all instructions. Overall, extremely pleased with the service, process and results. Will recommend.
