Original review was 1 star however updates and help has allowed me to up this to 5 stars as the company did make the effort nd sort the issues I was having.

We have found Frooition to be quick with responding to any queries and resolving any issues we have come across. The design templates give our Ebay listings a more professional and user-friendly aesthetic. Overall we are very satisfied with the service levels we have received.

Have been working with this company now for over 3 years and cannot recommend enough. They have helped with numerous queries and have worked wonders on our eBay store.

A horrible predatory company. Only interested in money.In twenty years of business one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I am on the E bay U.K. sellers council and am taking the activity of this company up with them-I think it is terrible that E bay endorse such an awful company with such a disregard for their customers. I couldn’t get nowhere with a complaint. The sole director won’t communicate with you despite me asking. I can only assume that the good reviews on here are from people who have not used them over a period of time.Read the bad reviews because I think they represent the experience you will receive over a period of time much more accurately. The e bay listing tool is shockingly bad. I had then deactivate it a soon as it was activated and went back to using the e bay tool.
My honest advice would be to steer clear. You can get better work done much, much cheaper elsewhere. Just because they are more expensive doesn’t mean you are going to get a better product or service.

We've recently used Frooition for our Magento 1 to BigCommerce migration, and they have been fantastic. The pandemic has repeatedly pushed back our go live date, and Frooition have always been completely flexible and understanding.

We have previously had issues with communication when working with developers, but Frooition have been very easy to deal with throughout. They are always quick to respond to any questions, and put things across simply in a way that's easy to understand.

They were incredibly supportive throughout the go live process, and have been just as supportive since in helping us resolve any issues.

We're very happy with how our new website has turned out, and feel that we have got great value for money. We definitely made the right decision in choosing Frooition and plan to work with them again as we move forward with new ideas.

AWFULL COMPANY. Paid £1000 for a single product eBay store? Told them that I will NOT NEED there subscription service and If I decided not to go ahead after there FREE service I would not lose the design for the page I PAID FOR. LIES, ALL LIES. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, Go to fivver as they are much cheaper and dont try and extort more money from you. Well, stuff them, I am about to add 5 new products and WAS going to use them BUT NOT NOW. If you use there eBay service be prepared to pay for NOTHING and OWN NOTHING not even the DESIGN YOU PAY FOR. Thank god I own the Gifs etc I sent them otherwise they may have tried to stop my £25 update (Fivver) which is as good if not better. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Frooition recently helped us move our site from Magento 1 into BigCommerce and the experience was simply brilliant. Good old fashioned proper service. Nothing too much trouble, always going the extra mile and attention to detail was perfect.

They were the glue which brought all our parts together and without them I have no idea what we would have done. I wish there was a way to give 6 stars in very exceptional circumstances as they most certainly deserved it. The best experience with a design agency ever for me, by some distance.

Superb after service.
Absolutely love my design, my online sales have never looked so good. But I am so glad I went with Frooition as their ongoing help has been invaluable, I was worried I'd be left on my own once I had my design, but they helped me install and maintain, and questions I ask are answered quick too.

Absoloutly love working alongside this group of talented individuals.
We started with no site or anything, just the domain name and a facebook page which I used for our sales. Within 48 hours we had some amazing and solid foundations to work with.

The coming weeks we convesed back and forth, adding things I really needed and removing what wasn't neccesary to our business, and it would be done sometimes the same day.

These things take time to do, but the speed and efficiency that they use in blinding!

I'm very happy to have taken our business to Frooition, we have a site that is all working and it makes me feel proud to be able to direct our customers there!

I honestly can't thank Adam enough for the wonderful job he's done creating the design for our eBay shop, from the colours to the layout everything was done so professionally and it looks amazing. Andrew was also incredibly helpful and patient with me as I wasn't really sure the type of package to go for so it was reassuring to see that Andrew went out his way to help match what was right for our size of business and budget. I really do think if you want to come across as a professional eBay seller then Frooition would be a really good choice.

This made an enormous difference in my eBay business and eBay traffic I highly recommend them the support was fantastic in getting it set up

Could not be happier with my new design!

I had my new eBay design installed at the start of last month, and I’m thrilled with the service Frooition gave me. Nothing was too much trouble for my designer, who responded to my every query very promptly. I can manage my design through the Frooition software, which means I can apply different variations to different listings, and I can even list direct to eBay.

Great team to work with. I’m looking for a web store next year, needless to say I’ll be using Frooition.

1. They promised easier and faster to list using Frooition. No way! Very slow.
2. They promised higher store traffic on eBay. No discernible difference to me.
3. Their system was built by techies for techies. Not user-friendly for me!
4. Expected some store design with my subscription. I did most of the work.
5. Their store design duplicates what any buyer sees before they get to the Frooition content. Nice looking but redundant.
6. When I cancelled my subscription after almost one year, I asked them to remove their template. They did for all the graphics, but left a bunch of techie mumbo-jumbo embedded in my pages. I asked them to remove it and they said since I'm no longer a subscriber IT WOULD COST ME $400. After one month trying unsuccessfully to bulk edit using eBay's process, I gave up and paid the $400 ransom. They fixed the issue in ten minutes, maybe less! I feel like I've been robbed at gunpoint!!

Very responsive customer service and get my issues solved right away. Highly recommended!

We’ve been incredibly impressed with our experience of Frooition. The designer who crafted our eBay listing template was fantastic and created a design we were over the moon with. Thanks so much. Would recommend highly to others.

I have had footion for several years. It has been Ok unitl recently they changed the way you do bulk editing. I cannot add my template to my new listings and no answer from support. So in summery I pay monthly for my template and for bulk editor, but I cannot use them since their software has changed it has been a nightmare trying to just get template applied to a new listing.
if you are looking to bulk edit and looking for something to make your life easier I would keep going this is not it.
If I ever get a bit of time (probably not since spending so much time fussing with this bad bulk editing) I need to look around for something else.
Frooition is costy and there is little support, so you pay but cannot use what you have paid for.
I have opened 2 support tickets and all they do is send link to how to use the software which is pointless as it is not working it will not pull up new listings. I may have to go and put in a compliant to the payment method maybe then they will fix it

Update:
I did leave frooition, they did have someone contact me and they were good about refunding. So I am updating the review. Clearly there are many users at frooition so i guess there are happy clients just the feature I needed the most was not working correctly. I will give them snaps for following up.
